Fantastic small house in the middle of Skånska wilderness in Örsnäs by Lake Immeln. Private location with lake property and own dock. Completely renovated in 2025. 4 bedrooms, a total of 6 beds. There are also two sofa beds as extra beds in the single rooms. Balcony in masterbedroom. Full equipped kitchen. Wood-burning stove. Patio with barbecue and cozy fireplace. Wood fired hot tub where you can swim overlooking the lake. A rowing boat and a canoe including life vests are included. Kayaks are available to rent for an additional fee. Electric charger for car is available against fee.

Child-friendly swimming area about 5 minutes walk from the house. Close to hiking, skiing, fishing and outdoor activities. Grocery store 10 minutes by car. Shopping in Kristianstad 20 km away.

Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Cold baths outside or in the lake. The food is cooked on a fire or in the outdoor kitchen. Drinking water is collected from the pump house located just behind the house. Toilet visits take place in luxury. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

Wonderful cottage in fantastic nature by the lake Halen

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. With nature as a neighbor and the lake outside the door, just relax. Enjoy fishing, hiking, paddling, swimming and everything else nature has to offer. The cabin is located all by itself on a headland. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed. Electricity is available and all amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, stove and contemporary decor. No running water, but water is available in a can. Drain is in the kitchen. There is a chemical toilet but no shower.

Here you are offered an exclusive experience in fantastic nature and extraordinary accommodation with the possibility of hunting, hiking, swimming or just relaxing in peace and quiet. There are goats in the adjacent pasture or why not visit the chickens in the morning and buy some fresh eggs. Hunting experience is discussed separately based on needs, possibility of four-wheeler for transport may be available if needed.
