Expectations from the house corresponded to reality. There is a refrigerator, microwave, all necessary utensils. The bed is comfortable and the bed is clean. There is beautiful nature around and a beautiful view of the lake. The house was super cozy and clean. The hostess is hospitable, helpful and friendly. She was always there to help. There is a road nearby, so if the noise from the cars is disturbing, then bring earplugs. Stray dogs may be disturbed, so buy animal food and bring a special dog ultrasonic repeller. Many landmarks are close. You can walk to the caves. You can buy groceries in Nikortzminda, there are many shops with a good selection of goods.

If you are fan of peace, quiet and calm I truly recommend choosing Davit. We had amazing breakfast, dinner and even a traditional wine degustation. We spent 3 days at this house with friends, and honestly, it was amazing. 🥰 The place is beautiful: crazy views, fresh mountain air, and you can hear the river all the time. It was super clean and had everything we needed: fireplace, cards, backgammon, plus homemade cottage cheese, eggs, and sour cream (and that cottage cheese was seriously good). Even a blender for protein shakes 😅 One thing I really loved was the hot tub in the backyard. Sitting in warm water, watching the sunset with those views… honestly unforgettable. Beso was awesome. He helped us organize the trip, found the right people for stuff, handled all the arrangements, gave us tips on places and hiking trails, and was always there when we needed him. He even made sure the hot tub was heated every day!! We were really lucky to have him help us as it made exploring Racha way more comfortable. Big thanks to Beso! This place is definitely one I wanna come back. 10/10

The house is absolutely the same as the pictures, is very clean and absolutely cozy and super equipped! We even got a bottle of homemade wine. Here you can really relax and unwind. We would come back anytime and Aleksandra is very nice and accommodating! Thank you :)
