Ideal for a couple, our cottage offers something hard to find: not an apartment, but your own private chalet in the heart of a traditional lakeside village. Built from scratch just 25 years ago repurposing original stone from a Roman-era building, it combines modern comfort with a rural soul. Enjoy exposed beam tall ceilings, stone floors, lovely outdoor space, uninterrupted lake views—especially the stars—and a perfect base for hiking, boating, relaxing, sunbathing, and savoring local cuisine.

Grume Cabin *reachable by trail*

Chalet with two bedrooms, large living room and garden surrounded by nature. Reachable in about 20 minutes on foot from Albogasio Superiore (650 meters on foot, elevation gain (from the parking lot) about 200 meters). Free parking at the foot of the slope. The house is located near Switzerland and Porlezza and is not far from the lake and some refreshing rivers (you have to go down the slope to reach them). Some interesting excursions start from the cabin. SPA availability (May-September).

We offer you a wonderful 70-square-meter wooden and stone chalet on two levels with a warm and comfortable atmosphere that is also modern and technological. It is accessible via a steep, 50-meter downhill road that can only be traveled on foot. The Baita Le Tre Perle is located in Schignano, in the Santa Maria area. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and enjoys a breathtaking view of Lake Como, which is 15 minutes away by car.
