A 100-year-old rebuilt log sauna cabin in the tranquility of the countryside. A good night's sleep is guaranteed by a futon mattress and the opportunity to enjoy the sauna in the warmth of the wood stove while admiring the lake from the landscape window, in the summer you swim in the clean-watered lake, in the winter you jump into a refreshing ice hole. You wash with water heated with a traditional bucket. The needs are done in the outdoor toilet. There is no rush here, but the rest of the world is forgotten. Still, only a half-hour drive from the city's services.

Welcome to relax in the arms of the forest! Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful and fishy lake (Kallavesi), surrounded by nature, in the courtyard of our home, just a 25-minute drive from the cities of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people, and a baby/child's extra bed can be found if needed. The sleeping quarters have sleeping accommodations for two during the summer. Guests have access to a barbecue, paddleboard and rowboat. Additional fee for using the hot tub.

Cottage by the lake

If you're looking for a little break from the hustle and bustle of the city to the peace of nature, this is just for you. Rent an inexpensive, modest, electrified, basic summer cottage (approx. 65 square meters) from Kangaslampi, Varkaus (the cottage is located on the south shore). Everything in the cottage is not exactly on top and in the best condition, but a basic clean cottage with everything you need. The cottage has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, gas grill. Basic dishes, television, radio, smoke detectors.

Old farmhouse and outdoor sauna

Here's your chance to get to an old country house cabin to spend the summer and heat up a separate wood-burning sauna. The house is surrounded by fields and forests. You have access to a kitchen with dishes for four, an electric refrigerator and a gas stove, bed linen (your own linen or rented for 10€/person). Electricity comes to the cottage with a solar panel. If you want, you can feed the cows in the traditional pasture. 7 km to the center of Rantasalmi, where you will find the nearest grocery stores. You can drive your own car to the cottage yard.

From the gentle sauna on the beach, you can refresh yourself in the lake, swim in summer and in winter in the ice hole.

The other side of the semi-detached house, completely renovated, apartment size 50 square meters, as well as a wood-heated sauna. The customer has access to a large terrace and an outdoor grill The apartment is located along road no. 5. From there, it is about 6 km to the destination. (at the JARI-PEKKA service station). Distances: Varkaus 20 km, Kuopio 90 km, Mikkeli 85 km, Savonlinna 90 km Bicycles and helmets are available if needed. Swimming beach 3 km The apartment's kitchen has the basic cooking utensils.

Welcome to Häpsäntupa on the shores of Lake Saimaa! Our spacious and cozy beach villa provides a wonderful setting for a family, a couple and a larger group. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace in a beautiful lake landscape. The nearby forests offer a good setting for berry picking, mushroom picking and hiking. You can take a dip in the summer as well as in the winter from the cottage's own beach. We also offer a rowing boat, life jackets and a SUP board, please ask separately. In addition to the living/bedrooms (2 of them) you have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a toilet with shower. There are four beds, and thanks to the extra beds, there's no shortage of space for six. The apartment has a TV (2), Chromecast, console games and a playroom. Free WiFi is available in the building.
