Ocean and forest adventure - neighbor with nature reserve

Find peace and quiet and face the adventure of this newly built wooden house about 1.5 hours away from Stockholm City. The house breathes love for nature and sits on a quiet island in the Stockholm Archipelago consisting mostly of nature reserves. There are no cars or noise here, only wild berries and wild life. Close to the sea, the own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to wood stove, wood-fired sauna, 2 Sea kayaks (K1) and 2 Mountain bikes (Everything is included in the rental rental rental rental rental).

Glamping a stone's throw from Stockholm

Enjoy nature when you stay in this unique place. You will stay in our glamping/dome tent with room for two. No temporary unbooked visits allowed on the property beyond the two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-burning stove and wonderful views. You cook the food over an open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are soothed by the sound of the waves that lulls you to sleep. You have access to the toilet and shower near the tent. Drinking water is available in a can. You do the dishes in the sea. The little lake house

Specifically designed to suit the couple with active interests who want a romantic retreat on one hand, only about 30 minutes from Stockholm. This is paradise for real! Borrow the SUP, hike along Värmdöleden or go to Strömma Canal and watch the boats pass by. Enjoy unparalleled lake views from both the hot tub and tea sofa and don't be surprised if a deer passes by. Since the host couple themselves sometimes recharge their batteries here, the kitchen is fully equipped and the decor chosen with the utmost care.

Masthuset - close to the sea, lake, forest and big city

Cozy Attefallshus (25 sqm) with its own terrace with grill and seating. Private parking. About 200m to the sea and the beach. Walking distance to lovely swimming lake. Bus stop 200 meters with direct bus to Stockholm, Slussen. Close to nature reserve (Björnö about 10 min car or bus) where you can rent kayaks, hike, swim. Note not perfect accommodation for small children as the loft bed and terrace can mean fall risk. Possible to hire 2 kayaks (adult size) at the property (however not 24 June - 24 July 2024).

Cottage at Värmdö

Seaside romantic activity stay only a stone's throw from Stockholm… With views over Saxarfjärden, Ljusterölandet and Grinda, a newly renovated cozy home is now offered for two. No visits by non booked guests can be allowed. Here you come both by bus from Slussen or by Vaxholm boat in about 1 hour from the city. Here you have access to dock and swimming, fishing, borrowing a boat with small motor, canoes, bikes, optimist dinghies, etc. on request. The private porch view is worth a lot.

This home offers a 100 sqm interior that includes a cozy fireplace and a roomy sauna. The house sits on a substantial 2,000 sqm plot surrounded by peaceful natural scenery and near the idyllic Älvsalaviken. The generous terrace areas, which spans over 150 sqm, provides a perfect setting for outdoor living. It's equipped with a sizeable gas grill. For leisure and play, there are several lawns, a trampoline and swings. Wood-fired hot tub available for a surcharge.
