Welcome to our fresh and modern apartment, perfect for those who want to experience the charm of the archipelago and want to be close to the water. The apartment, which is part of the family's house, contributes to a personal and genuine accommodation. On the farm, there are goats and ponies to pet. Runmarö offers many experiences, for example, the acclaimed Stockholm archipelago trail runs over the island. A stone's throw from the accommodation, there is a nice rock pool with a small beach. The island is well worth visiting after the summer, autumn is lovely!

We rent out an apartment upstairs in our house built 2015. Rental period minimum 7 nights. The house is located in archipelago nature on Värmdö about 20 km from Stockholm (motorway). Bus takes barely half an hour to central Stockholm, daytime 4 times/h. 700 m to bus stop and 1200m to shopping center. Close to swimming and hiking areas. The apartment is just over 65 sqm, secluded with shared entrance (see picture). Two bedrooms, four beds, cot available, open plan living room and open plan kitchen. Toilet, shower and washing machine.

Decorated in timeless and luxurious materials such as Kvänum kitchen and appliances from Miele including wine fridge. Dining area for 12-14. Fireplace, 4 bedrooms of which one with a suite and 2 to wet areas of which 1 shower and 1 toilet. Located in Solvik on Nämdö and there is its own beach, well-stocked grocery store, restaurant and bakery. Waxholmsbolaget operates Solvik all year - 50 meters from the floor!

The apartment was finished in summer 23 and is equipped with Mielek kitchen with wine fridge, a luxurious marble bathroom and brand new furniture. To the rental there is access to private beach with beach chairs. Laundry room and own water treatment plant available. Just 50 minutes by boat from Stavsnäs and 100 meters to the apartment from Solviks brygga. Grocery store and restaurant available at the island.

20 sqm apartment in scenic area, close to the sea and nature. You have a small patio to use , 3 minutes to swimming & sea. A lovely walk along the water or through the forest , the area also offers popular bike paths. A parking is included. Close to Gustavsberg where you will find a cafe, restaurants, shopping and activities. The apartment has a 160 double bed , dining group, kitchen, TV & a sofa bed. Bathroom with washing machine. The apartment is adjacent to our residential building. We warmly welcome your questions!

Guest house by the sea, enjoy sea view and a furnished lovely terrace in a sunny location. Newly renovated modern accommodation, with walking distance to several nice swimming areas, forest areas and the possibility of fishing from nearby cliffs. 20 min. to Breviksbadet with mini golf, kiosk and the possibility of outdoor training. From Lervik's pier about 10 min. walking distance you can get further out into the archipelago or to Vaxholm alt. on into Stockholm. By car, you can reach Österåkers and Åkersberga golf club.

Lägenheten har en stor terrass i söderläge med utsikt över viken/havet och den vackra naturen. Här kan du njuta av fantastiska grillkvällar. Nere vid viken så finns det en badstrand och egen brygga med tillgång till min kanot och kajak. Lägenheten är välutrustad med alla bekvämligheter som TV, dator och Wi-Fi med fiber uppkoppling till internet.

Family friendly apartment with plenty of space for 4 on Resarö, a peaceful island close to the beautiful town of Vaxholm, where you can catch a boat to many other islands or Stockholm centre. 2 minute drive to beach, access to forest walks, local shop, tennis court, cafe and public transport just minutes away. Shared outdoor deck with firepit. Vanoe or SUP hire is available on the island. Apartment is attached to, but completely separate from main house with own front door.
