All by itself, at the far end of our property, stands our little cabin in a forest clearing. It's calm and quiet here. Surrounded by nature, just a short walk in your bathrobe, you'll find a warm swimming lake. The whole area is traversed by lovely walking paths and it is just under one km down to the bay. Herrbret, which we call the cottage, has a lovely deck in a sunny position in the front. Everything is fresh and newly built in the old-style but with modern standards and equipment. The cottage is intended as a nice relaxing oasis for two people in the vicinity of nature

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Helkaklat badrum med dusch, handfat, tvätt -och diskmaskin samt vattentoalett för en bekväm vistelse. Stor altan med dubbla sittgrupper, både uterum (2026) och öppen himmel. Endast 700m till havet med sandstrand, klippor och hopptorn. 3km till Bullandömarina med skärgårdsrestaurang, glasscafé och närlivsbutik.

The Loft, detta vackra hus kommer du upp och får njuta av sol och en lugn miljö. Det finns en dubbelsäng 140 centimeter bred i nedre plan. Det finns även ett loft inne i huset med en 140 centimeter bred säng, plats för en person/ två personer att sova där. Stor tv med Cromecast och Apple tv. Bredband finns tillgängligt.
