Historic Cottage for nature lovers

Our little bakery originally dates back to the 17th century and belonged to a large Lower Saxony farm, which unfortunately no longer exists. Jutta acquired the house a good 20 years ago and made it into a small oasis with a lot of love for detail. Located in a village of 1000 inhabitants with a village store, bank and gas station, you can find peace and relaxation under the huge oak trees. Expanded bike paths invite you to cycle. The rural environment offers plenty of nature.

Our beautiful, bright apartment is surrounded by meadows and fields in Vlotho-Wehrendorf. Surrounded by many animals and nature, you can forget everyday life here. The large garden invites you to linger. But also in the immediate vicinity you can find great excursion destinations. Due to the good transport connections, this apartment is also particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people, fitters or also for motorcyclists on a big tour.

Enjoy the simple life in this quiet and centrally located home. The small cottage is alone next to the main house surrounded by nature. There is a lot of space to linger in the large garden. Play facilities for children. Chickens, 2 cats Minka and Fridolin and our Labrador dog Lotta. The small cottage is very centrally located in the middle of Bremen and Osnabrück. The Dümmer See is also close by. Equipped with 1x double bed Large living-dining area

Pretty countryside apartment

This pretty apartment is located in an old half-timbered house very close to the Neustädter Moor. Ideal for walking, cycling or crane watching. The Dümmer can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. In the village there is a swimming pool, a variety of shops and restaurants. The Ströhen Zoo and the Moor Worlds can be found in the neighboring village. The apartment is fully equipped, has a double bedroom and in the living room there is a sofa bed.

Living in the (tiny) house - idyll in Crane Land!

Relaxed, quiet atmosphere for stargazers! Idyllic garden house on former farm in a very quiet location. Ideal for cyclists and country lovers, far away from cities and villages. In good weather, stargazers can admire the Milky Way, as the view is so clear at night. During the day you can just sit down and listen to the birds and in the evening enjoy the chirping of the crickets with wine. Starting in October, the cranes move into the country.

Pappelheim

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Modern vacation home, apartment

Kick back and relax in this newly renovated stylish space. A renovated 59 m² apartment with separate entrance is available. Here you are undisturbed with your own kitchen, living room (sofa bed), bathroom and bedroom (double bed). Nearby are wonderfully quiet walking and cycling paths, many tourist attractions such as Lake Dümmer, EFMK (European Center for Moor and Climate) as well as the Kirchdorf Heath and the Ströher Zoo.

Circus wagon on the alpaca pasture - pure relaxation!

At Alpakahof Strange, we live with many animals on an old farmstead from 1848. The Lower Saxony hall house is still in its original condition in some parts and exudes the charm of a long-gone rural tradition. In the pasture behind the farmhouse stands the spacious circus wagon. The wagon shares the pasture with our llamas and alpacas, who graze and rest there during the day. Pure relaxation!

Idyllic apartment in the countryside

We, Heidi and Horst, look forward to our guests and warmly welcome you! Our cozy (non-smoking) apartment is fully furnished and our guests can feel right at home here. In nice weather, you can have breakfast outside on the terrace or make yourself comfortable on one of the loungers. Beautiful designated bike and hiking trails invite you to relax. Wifi is available.

I am Tiny - a pretty wooden house on the edge of the forest!

I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
