Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! From the cottage, you can see the forest and the fields, and located between the lakes Gapern and Alstern, this accommodation is a fantastic starting point for enjoying fishing, hiking, cycling, horseback riding and other local experiences of budding entrepreneurship that exist in the area. By car, Karlstad and city life can be reached in just 10 minutes. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the price.

The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open from May until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.
