Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150 meters to the dock, a motorboat for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. Lovely 4.5 km running track around Björsund. Here, you can get a good night's sleep in our apartment with underfloor heating one floor down. Private entrance. In a safe area with outdoor activities right around the corner, 15 minutes by bike to the city or 10 minutes by bus. MDU 3.7 km (2.3 miles). Full working kitchen. We, a family of 3 adults and 3 children, live in the house and are available if needed. Between midnight and 6:30 AM, we have the greatest possible silence. Free parking for one car is available in the driveway.
