Great location right on the lake. The cabin was entirely as expected. And the host was very accommodating and service minded throughout the weekend of our stay. What we wanted more of was more clear information about what to do as well as what it all cost. Maybe information sheet in the cabin? We are very happy as a whole and will be happy to visit Rödvattnet again in the future! Highly recommended!

A truly kind and caring host. Clean, neat and fresh everywhere. Visually quiet and peaceful. Tipped about sights. We also managed to get to buy Anton's honey, which was thrown the day before. 😋

A lovely, cozy cabin at walking distance from a big lake where you can take a swim or go out fishing by boat. Open views to the mountains on the other side of the lake with beautiful sunsets. The cabin itself has all you need to stay comfortably off-grid. A peaceful place to relax and reload your battery!

Clean, fresh, well-equipped, quick answers to questions

We were very comfortable in Pers Hütte. Very quiet and beautiful surroundings. The canoes and the electric boat are also perfect for exploring the lake or for shopping. Cozily furnished house with everything your heart desires!

Incredibly nice location and very nice cabin with good amenities and good standard. Easy to find and get in. Only thing missing was a bread knife

The house is in a beautiful area. Very beautiful, clean and cozy. Lena is very friendly and helpful, and her dog is totally lovely. We felt at home and will definitely come back for a longer stay.

The purpose of the trip from NV Skåne to Boden/Luleå was my work. I always seek quieter and pleasant places during my work trips.. Already when I came in the first time, it felt very cozy and pleasant, in addition, there were freshly baked cinnamon rolls on the table!! There was also food for some breakfasts and coffee.. The cottage felt brand new with all possible amenities for me. Diana was a thoughtful host who also warned about the slip outside when it was the most beautiful. I was also reminded when it was nice northern lights so I could go out and photograph. There was fire pit with clean trap on the counter that I used. Pork palate was offered one day...(Yum) as well as cinnamon rolls on a couple of occasions.. So many thanks to Diana and Håkan and this nice place.. Regards, Ulf Lindberg

This little house just by the water is very cozy and it suited the five of us perfectly! The house was clean, well maintained and had a good view. With both a golf course, frisbee golf and swimming opportunity just nearby, we had the days filled with fun activities. Krokom and Østersund a short drive away, we had everything we needed within easy reach. All in all an ideal place for a relaxing but at the same time active holiday!

First of all, this place isn't actually available in winter. Despite everything, Jennifer was so kind to make it available to us after booking. She did her best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location of the cottage is directly on the lake and corresponds 100% to the photos. The area is very quiet and the nearest shops are far away, so you have to plan. But that also gives you the peace you want here. The cottage next to the main house of the owners offers short communication channels and at the same time proximity to nature.

We were happy with the accommodation during our beaver hunting stay. The cottage is nicely located on the beautiful Vindelälven beach.

Amazing cabin hosted by amazing people. We arrived at the area of the cabin way earlier than we were supposed to and asked the host if it was possible to check in earlier and it was! The cabin itself was very cozy. The cabin had all sorts of flyers showcasing all kinds of things to do around the area. The place is really peaceful and the only thing you hear are passing cars from the road. There are 2 grocery stores 10 minutes away from the cabin. The cabin is an amazing place to spend a night or two.

The Tiny House is an outstanding accommodation. It's modern, stylish and tastefully furnished and provides you with everything you'll need when travelling the country. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything was flawlessly clean. Keyless check-in by door code. Getting into bed in the loft requires a good deal of agility: steep stairs and very low ceilinged upstairs.
