This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. Close to a slalom slope, lots of miles of nice snowmobile trails, there are companies that rent out snowmobiles, fishing in a river or lake, ice fishing or summer fishing. On the farm, we have hens and a rooster that crows beautifully, creating a rural atmosphere. Sometimes there may be new eggs to enjoy.
