Not least all the nice Dala villages, fishing in the river, the beautiful mushroom forest, hiking, paddling, biking, etc. Avesta Golf is "our neighbor" and you have the golf course at a convenient distance from the property. In summer, we recommend "Verket" and "Avesta Art" where you can experience the magical mix of history, art and modern technology. You like to glance out of the window, over a wild meadow leading to a lake? While having some buttered toast and your freshly brewed first coffee of the day? I guess you'll like it here. The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Fantastic house with wonderful lake location

Fresh house with room for four people. Here you enjoy the best nature can offer, all year round. Read a book on the pier and swim in Lake Stora Aspen when it gets too hot. Take out the oak and cast for pikeperch that you grill over an open fire. Pick mushrooms around the corner, bask on the jetty, walk on the ice, pimp a perch, hike the utility trail or enjoy doing absolutely nothing. If you get tired of the peace and quiet, you can go to Västerås' largest shopping center in 40 minutes.

Vid vägsände ligger gårdens drängstuga med utsikt över skog och hagar. Här omges du av lugnet som naturen ger. Söker du avkoppling och de enkla livet är detta boende perfekt för dig. Ströva runt Dragmansbosjön, läs en bok framför öppna spisen. Gör utflykter i Fjärdhundraland så som ädelfiske,skidåkning,älgsafari,loppisrunda. Stugan passar sig bäst för två personer men man kan bo 4 personer då de finns bäddsoffa. Man tar sig till Sala,Uppsala, Enköping,Västerås på mindre än 1 timme.

The cottage (‘härbre’ in Swedish) is one of several small outbuildings in a picturesque setting. The building is from the 19th century. The lower floor has been carefully renovated using traditional building preservation methods. There is a kitchenette with cold water, a fridge and a hob. The outdoor toilet is just a few steps away. The shower is in the main building. The forest is just around the corner with good opportunities for shorter or longer walks. Free parking.

Välkommen att känna lugnet och harmonin i denna naturnära, vackra miljön precis i utkanten av stan, endast 3 km in till Avesta centrum där restauranger och shoppingcenter finns. Stugan ligger på vår gård och en värd finns därmed ofta till hands.

Lea's basement - Cozy cottage in the countryside with fireplace

In the small village of Delbo, 1 mile north of Sala in Västmanland, is this little gem. Leas basement is a small house of about 25 m2 with all year around standard. Works as a self-catering for a long time but even if you just want to stay the night. Leas basement is tastefully decorated with high ceilings, fireplace, kitchen part, toilet and shower. There is a queen size bed (160cm) and a daybed for two. There's also Wifi and monitor with Chromecast.

Luxurious detached house

A luxury residential house spread over 30m2 with bathroom, sauna , kitchen , living room and sleeping loft. Outside the house there is a hot tub with room for 7 people , as well as parking for one car. The Attefall house is right next to our house on the same property. And as the description says, it's a sleeping loft, which means you have to be able to take a ladder up to sleep.
