Welcome to our rooftop penthouse! Enjoy a lovely stay in our bright penthouse, on the edge of the city. Large windows and an open floor plan you get a sense of space and light. 1 bed 160 cm and a sofa bed 110cm sheets and plenty of storage. Fully equipped kitchen. The living room is a cozy space to relax under the rafters. The rooftop is perfect for breakfast or soaking up in the afternoon sun with friends. There is a nice forest close by with walking paths and runs.

State of the art apartment

Ljus och fin trerummare i attraktiva munktellstaden med gångavstånd till både citykärnan och Volvo CE arena. C:a 2 kilometer till parken zoo. Bra bussförbindelser. En dubbelsäng och en barnsäng (70 cm) finns att tillgå. Det är ej tillåtet att röka på balkongen! Och självklart inte inomhus 🚭 Parkering finns både utanför och runt huset. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår EJ så ta med egna. Vill ni hellre hyra av mig så görs detta för 100:- styck 😊

Rural environment, 2 km to swimming area, volleyball court and guest harbour. About 5 - 10 minutes to: Västerås Airport, Hälla Golf, Pay & Play, Driving range, Adventure minigolf. Häll Shopping, ICA-Maxi, Bolaget, restaurants, Leo's Lekland, Yoump trampoline park, Pizza Hut, Mc Donalds, Max Hamburgers etc. A few minutes from Häll is the center of Västerås. There is no bus connection from the apartment to town.
