Summer cottage idyll with direct lake location and all amenities. Secluded and private location with unobstructed views facing west (sun all afternoon and evening) but at the same time the cottage is part of a small village where there is a football field, playground for the smaller children and a larger common swimming area with cliffs (about 5 minutes walk). Private jetty for meals directly by the water and swimming jetty directly next to the plot (about 50 meters below the house). The rowboat takes 4-6 people and fishing gear is available.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space.
