Farmstay holiday rentals in Västmanland County

Once we’ve booked the place, the host greeted us very enthusiastically and kept the communication open during our stay. The house is a great summer location, close to a beach(5 mins walk), but also secluded in the forest. I’d recommend going to the house by car. It has everything you’d need to live there, all the kitchenware, bedsheets, towels, washing machine, coffe machine, kettle, fireplace. Lars even supplied our room with a cot, since we were there with a baby- super nice gesture which warmed our hearts. Cannot recommend enough this place, it was truly a very much needed break.

The place suited us very well as we were several families with toddlers and there was plenty of space in both kitchen and public areas. The kitchen was well equipped and there were a lot of toys that the kids enjoyed in the playroom that are smoothly located directly adjacent to the kitchen. Big garden! The trampoline and the playhouse were very popular with the children. Only thing that was a little cumbersome is the layout. The bedrooms are located so that you have to walk through a bedroom to get to the kitchen and toilet from the bedrooms that are furthest away in the house or walk the outdoor road. In addition to this, it is an optimal accommodation for families with small children and those who want to experience the southern valleys!

We enjoyed our stay very much - from arrival to departure. The communication went quick and easily. Barbro was a very nice host, always available and thoughtful. She provided us with lots of helpful tips so that we could really make the most out of our stay. The house is cosy and situated in a beautiful peace of countryside, a place to calm down and relax. We hope we'll be able to visit again some time!

Ulrika is an excellent host. The unit was clean and cozy. She provided multiple options for breakfast, all fresh. We had a multi night stay and found this to be a good central location from which we could visit area attractions.

Cozy old farm with nice garden in rural area. Very close to the Association of Storby's Horseers, which was the reason for our stay - jumping competition. Nice host who responded quickly.

Nice, clean and fresh accommodation, quiet and calm surroundings. Great connectivity for remote work. Extra plus for the provision of linen and towels. Christina was quick to get back to in case of questions. Definitely affordable accommodation, recommended!

Nice and cosy apartment, Teresa was super nice and gave us some of their freshly harvested potatoes :) We originally intended to stay for one night to reet shower and get our laundry done between living in our car and a long distance trekking tour, but stayedan extra night to enjoy the calm atmosphere, relax and a little walk in the nearby forest :) Would come back and possibly check out the tree house next time!

I was not there myself, but had booked the accommodation for 2 of my employees. They were super happy. Stefan was so service-minded and arranged bed linen when we had missed to bring it. Can really recommend this home.

We needed a place to stay with our dog for 2 days nearby Avesta due to a workshop. I found this perfect cabin, close to the river. stunning sunrises and sunsets, windows all around to see the sun and deer on the fields in front of the house. Lots of privacy, a bath inside and in the summer you'll find even a bath outside. Nice spacious rooms and outsides. We decided to stay one day longer, went to The big loppis 33an Secondhand and had a perfect diner with freshly wokked food in Avesta. t This was in january, most of the museum and locations to visit were closed. Perfect hideaway during winter for long walks and relaxing inside the cabin. Thank you Teresa for sharing this colorful and inviting spot with others and for your hospitality! We will definitely recommend it to our guests and friends in Nås, Dalarna.

Lars Goran's welcome is very warm. His house is superb, the beds are comfortable and the environment is quiet and really charming. Lars cooked us a breakfast worthy of a king with omelette, cheese, cold meats, fruit, hot drinks, fruit juice, yogurt… choice and quality products. Lars also gave us useful recommendations for the rest of our trip. Excellent experience!

We spent a great week at Bo’s house which is very cosy, clean and welcoming. It's easy to get to Bo's house by car and quite possible to do using public transport, still it's calm and quiet. Bo was a wonderful host, thoughtful and quick to respond. Everything worked out smoothly so I can warmly recommend this accommodation.

Cozy and comfortable room located in a quiet area at the banks of Dalälven, with parking in front of the door. The city centre is about 8 km / 10 min away by car. The instructions for check-in and other practical matters were clear and prior communication was also without problems. Had a nice chat with Lars-Erik who is very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a decent stay at an affordable price.
