The sofa bed is in the living room. The cottage has electricity, sewage, cold and hot water. There is a stove with oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The living room is a place where you eat your meals and relax after a day out in the woods and in the countryside. Outside there is a porch overlooking the lake and fields. Enjoy the tranquility! Family-friendly large house on 2 floors, private garden, terrace furnished for 12 guests with large barbecue. You have access to kayak, bicycles, rowing boat and SUPs. Indoors, you can play table tennis, watch TV, play games and free Wi-Fi. The house has a lounge with TV, large dining room with fireplace. The bathrooms have toiletries, a hairdryer and towels. Bed linen is included. The kitchen is equipped with oven, stove and fridge, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. 15 minutes to Stora Sundby Castle, shopping in Tuna Park and Parken Zoo.

Not least all the nice Dala villages, fishing in the river, the beautiful mushroom forest, hiking, paddling, biking, etc. Avesta Golf is "our neighbor" and you have the golf course at a convenient distance from the property. In summer, we recommend "Verket" and "Avesta Art" where you can experience the magical mix of history, art and modern technology. Idyllic guesthouse on the country side!

A guesthouse, with one room and a bathroom, renovated 2017 located on our farm. There is 3 beds, but the bedsofa is made for 2, and then we have 2 single beds. The guesthouse has a little, nice outdoor deck were you can BBQ or just relax with privacy! You will have close access to nature and the lake Hjälmaren, 6 kilometers. Small supermarket is just 800 meter away. Bikes to borrow if you need. Free fishing in the lake Hjälmaren.
