Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Västra Götaland County

This was the second time we came here and it was just as perfect as the first time. Highly recommended if you like the peace and quiet of mother nature!

Wir waren 1 Woche in Brams Haus und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist perfekt zum Entspannen und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge! Für uns 2 war das Haus eigentlich zu groß, man könnte locker mit 4-6 Personen dort verweilen. Uns hat am besten die Aussicht, die Ruhe, der Hot Tub und die Tischtennisplatte gefallen. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es 7 Minuten mit dem Auto, und dort gibt es ALLES! Fährt man in die Wohnsiedlung hinein, wird man von den "Nachbarn" freundlich gegrüßt beim Vorbeifahren 😁Trotz ausländischem KFZ Kennzeichen!! Das fanden wir super und wir haben natürlich freundlich zurück gewunken👋Bram und Anneli waren total nette Gastgeber und haben prompt geantwortet, wenn wir geschrieben haben. Von uns gibt es 5 von 5 Sternchen, weil es eine mega Unterkunft an einem traumhaften Fleckchen Erde ist!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vilket underbart ställe. Andra gången vi besökte denna stuga. Vi kände oss som hemma. Allt är väl genomtänkt och vi saknade inget. Vi lämnade med ny energi och hoppas vi snart kan komma tillbaka igen. Stort tack. 🙏

My grown children and I cannot offer enough praise and gratitude for Fredrik's home and care. His place is situated on a property that offers front and backyard peace and stunning beauty. The home itself is charming with the comfort of a wood stove and cozy furniture to nestle into. There was the added delight of flowers and even a welcome basket! Fredrik's attention to our requests for information on the area and his recommendations were so impressive and helpful. We were able to take in just about all the fascinating hikes, historical sites, museum, and even sauna with the added bonus of coming home to this little piece of paradise. We only wish his Airbnb were closer than an ocean away for us. Perhaps someday we will find ourself back to explore, relax and reflect in what has become a true gift of memories for my family.

We were a group of 10 friends from different countries and came for a long weekend together. We had a great time at Annika and Jonas’ place. Their house is beautiful and well arranged, modern but still with the vibes from its history. The house and its surroundings have many amenities (hot tub, sauna, kayaks, …) and it was great to be so close to the water and nature. It’s also easy to do groceries in the nearby town. Going by public transportation may be possible but a car would be recommended. I can only highly recommend this house for a group of friends or with a family. We loved it!!

Wonderful little stuga on Åstol. Marcus had a lot of information for us and met us at the ferry. Full kitchen with dishwasher, gas cook top and electric range. A very comfortable and peaceful spot in an interesting community.

Fantastiskt boende med underbar utsikt mot vatten och klippor. Stor fin terrass med plats för uteliv under tak eller under sol ☀️ Kan varmt rekommenderas!

Fick ett mycket trevligt bemötande. Härligt värdpar. Jättefint boende med allt vi behövde. Gångavstånd till allt. Vi kommer absolut välja detta boende igen.

This is a really excellent place. The apartment was really nice, clean, and cosy. The host had made excellent descriptions, and they were really nice. The surroundings were also really nice and quiet. There were many places to walk, a lot of nature. There are only positive things to say about this place :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful Airbnb flat in Länghem and it exceeded all my expectations! The flat was impeccably clean and thoughtfully furnished, blending modern Scandinavian aesthetics with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. The host was welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this flat for anyone looking to experience the charm of rural Sweden with all the comforts of home. Thank you.

Boendet stämde väl överens med både bilder och beskrivning. Bra kök med allt man kan tänkas behöva. Enkelt att komma i kontakt med värd - snabba svar! Rekommenderas!!!

Nice place, had everything we needed, lovely and clean quiet and in a good location for us.

Kan inte rekommendera detta stället nog! Det kändes verkligen som att man var en gäst hemma hos någon man kände, så hemtrevligt var det. Precis alla bekvämligheter man kan tänka sig fanns, och servicenivån var utöver alla våra förväntningar. Vi kommer definitivt bo här igen!

Stort och fint boende som hade det man behövde. Pontus svarade väldigt snabbt och var väldigt hjälpsam😊

Ein wunderbarer Ort! Auf dem grossen Landstück samt Wald und See wohnt man für sich alleine und ist dennoch nicht einsam. Ed und Sarah sind grosszügige und unkomplizierte Gastgeber, die man jederzeit nach Ausflugtipps fragen kann. Ein Sandstrand mit Sauna, Ruderboot, Segelboot, Stand Up Paddles, Kanus, Fischerruten wird gemeinsam mit den Bewohner:innen der umliegenden Häuschen genutzt. Wenn das Wetter nicht mitspielt, joggt man um den See (5 km) und geniesst anschliessend den Saunagang und die Ruhe am See, der frei ist von Motorbooten. Der Biketrail Borkensas (Start beim Campingplatz) führt auch in der Nähe vorbei. Die Küche ist top ausgerüstet und ein Einkaufsladen mit dem Auto rasch erreichbar. Ausflüge nach Hjo (wunderschöne Strandpromenade mit historischen Holzhäusern) oder Jonköpping sind auch möglich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We are a family of four with two teenage boys. This was the third year in a row we spent a long weekend at Johan and Reina’s place. It is a spacious, well equipped house without being generic or over-done as so many AirBnbs tend to be. It is just authentic, lovable and personal - as are its host who are experienced, generous hosts in the best meaning of the word. We would definitely recommend the house to anyone who wants to experience Swedish skjärgård, its quiet and idyllic nature.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse hos Charlotte. Mysigt och trivsamt hus med med bra läge och utsikt. Huset är stort rymligt och trevligt inrett. Vi hade många trevliga stunder med avkoppling och skratt. Gångavstånd till det mesta om man ville hitta på något utanför huset. Charlottes värdskap gav en extra bonus. Hon tipsade oss om restauranger och andra aktiviteter. Hon svarade alltid personligt och proffsigt på alla våra frågor. Hit kommer vi gärna tillbaka!

This was our fourth stay at the lake house and it was wonderful as always. We just love the quiet, the nature and the wonderful location of this beautiful house. Anneli and Stig are always very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time and hopefully will be back!

Meget behageligt ophold, hvor især vores fem-årige datter følte sig hjemme. Lyst, funktionelt og behageligt med smuk udsigt. Værten var meget hjælpsom og hurtig til at svare på spørgsmål. Varme anbefalinger herfra ☺️

Such a beautiful, private and peaceful property. The view of the lake is just stunning. We had a wonderful time relaxing, exploring the lake on the boat, having bbq’s and enjoying the sauna. The property was spotlessly clean and well presented. It feels like new. Joacim was super responsive, helpful and a very nice guy - you couldn’t ask for a better host. We will most definitely be back!

Vi var 6 vuxna och 4 barn och alla var supernöjda!!! Alla älskade poolen, barnen ville inte lämna huset, de ville helst bada hela tiden. Hopfällbart pingisbord användes högfrekvent. Fanns många sällskapsspel. Utsikten är fantastisk. Jättefina uteplatser. Ett toppenhus att hyra med en värd som var mycket lätt att få kontakt om en fråga uppstod. Kan varmt rekommenderas.

Stor oplevelse og i køreafstand til Isaberg skisports sted. Luksus ophold og ren forkælelse.

Vi var 9 personer som bodde i Saras hus under en weekend. Ett fantastiskt ställe med mycket yta, bra kök och med en stor tomt som vetter mot vattnet. Vi kan definitivt tänka oss att komma tillbaka hit i framtiden.
