The boat is under construction during the fall of 2025, some painting and refurbishment will take place, OVERSEAS IS APPRECIATED. In addition, there is AppleTV and some TV games for rainy days. Patio with barbecue available. Party warning in the area. As it is a family boat, we take turns taking care of the rental a bit. Please be mindful to book the correct number of guests coming. The house is also private residence with personal belongings

Detta unika boendet ger dig möjlighet att njuta av västkusten på bästa sett! Båten ligger vid brygga på Smögens norra del med landström och kylskåp. Båtplatsen är privat i en lugn hamn där det inte godtas hög musik! Egna sängkläder medtages. Beroende av årstid/månad kan boendet variera ifrån öst till väst 500m. Sandbogen (Kungshamn) är den andra! Dubbelkolla alltid vid bokning för aktuell plats! Vistelsen sker på egen risk och individuell försäkring krävs! Hyr jacuzzi för 600:-/natt

The location will make it easy for you to explore everything on your list, or to just enjoy the experience of living on a houseboat. The boat is more spacious than you think! Cleaning is included in the price.
