In a unique location is this newly renovated lake cottage with access to its own SPA with sea views! The cottage is located on Lilla Hammarsnäs 22 km outside Höllviken. The area is known for its rich nature and culture. The cottage is approximately 30 square meters (323 square feet) and is equipped with a small kitchenette (stovetop and small oven), a fridge and freezer, a large dining table, and a 160-cm (5' 3") bed, making it suitable for 1–2 people. Towels and bed sheets are included. Access to the spa is included. Cleaning not included. Sauna is not available. Kayaks and rowing boats can be rented

Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to a beach with a jetty and beach bar. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. Two beds where you lie on the first floor and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km from Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or cycle along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good transportation connections.

The farm annex

Welcome to our little strawberry place – a charming farm annex in a beautiful Skånelänga from 1844. Here you live along a quiet little gravel road, amidst rolling fields of grain and with sparrows singing loudly over the sky. We are located in idyllic Söderslätt, just a stone's throw from the sea. Nearby, miles of white sandy beaches, cozy fishing villages and some of Skåne's most famous golf courses await. A perfect place for those seeking tranquility, rural charm and proximity to nature and coastal life. Note: Pet-free

Gästlägenhet på Söderslätt (Hammarlöv)

Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Villa Lyckebo

Villa Lyckebo ligger med utsikt över havet, helt omgiven av sädesfält. Vi finns utanför Kämpinge (Höllviken) och endast 20 minuter från Malmö. Vi erbjuder närheten till Skanör med Falsterbo samt hela Söderslätt. Vi erbjuder 2 st fint renoverade dubbelrum i nedervåningen av villan. Förutom de 2 mycket smakfullt inredda rummen finns en "lounge", ett "sparum" och toalett. Egen ingång och helt separat från det övriga huset. Källarvåningen är renoverad och är uppvärmd. Däremot saknas dagsljus.

Renoverat källarplan i gammalt hus

Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, Nespresso, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.

Guesthouse in Höllviken

Newly built guesthouse in an attractive location in Höllviken near both the beach (approx. 2.5km flight route), bus connections (approx. 500m) and the center (approx. 800m). A short distance away (approx. 700m) is also the Toppengallerian, a shopping center with ICA, Liqour store, pharmacies and clothing stores. In the house there is a TV (android tv) where you with your own account on Google play can access various apps. Netflix is pre-installed (own account required) and youtube.

Gästhus 28kvm utanför Trelleborg

Strax utanför Trelleborg hyr vi ut vårt gästhus på 25kvm + loft. Ca 7 minuter med bil till närmsta strand och matbutik. 6km till Trelleborg centrum. Naturnära, mysig lugn miljö. Loftet har en dubbelmadrass och en singel. Finns extra madrass och soffa. Utrustat kök med kyl, frys och ugn/spis. Kaffe och tekokare finns tillgängligt. Fullt utrustat badrum med dusch. Gästhuset ligger längre ner på boningshusets tomt och det finns parkering tillgänglig för gäster.

Fräscht boende med uteplats, 100m till stranden.

Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta lugna, fräscha boende med badrocksavstånd till fantastisk sandstrand. Njut av sköna strandpromenader, strandhäng eller varför inte ta en cykeltur längst kusten till Smygehuk. (Cyklar finns att hyra).
