I recently had the pleasure of staying at this sweet rustic cabin to catch up with an old friend, and it was an experience to remember. Nestled near the maskinongé river, the cabin offered the perfect blend of tranquility and charm with its warmly lit outdoor seating area and hot tub, which was undoubtedly a highlight of our stay. Soaking in the warm water while gazing at the stars made for a nice appreciation of the present moment. The cabin itself was cozy and well-equipped, featuring a teleprompter. Going through old DVDs and using the screen was a blast. The many vintage architecture magazines scattered around the cabin also made for interesting reads, and really added to the warm feel of the place. Overall, this cabin is a gem for anyone looking to unwind and disconnect to enjoy nature's beauty. Highly recommended!

Place has a beautiful scenery & outdoor lake patio. Nurtured spot in the woods worth visiting any season of the year. Jacques was pleasant to speak too and generous. would surely visit once again.

Very nice and warm cottage. 3 functional bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. We were there in the winter, and several ski centers nearby. Easily accessible grocery store. Nice view of the lake from the living room to relax at the end of the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Beth’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. It felt like a true home away from home. Beth was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful with all the little touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was peaceful and conveniently located. One of the few cottages to offer both enough bedrooms and beds for our 8 children in the basement, and a private space for parents upstairs. Located in a beautiful wooded environment, in the mountains, but still a few minutes' drive from many amenities and activities, it was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our family!

Absolutely wonderful chalet! This was our second stay at Philippe’s property, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. The chalet is beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully considered to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere, combined with the stunning views, makes it the perfect retreat. Philippe is a gracious and attentive host, always available to ensure everything runs smoothly. This was my family's first time visiting Canada and after our wonderful weeklong stay at Stephane's airbnb, we can't wait to come back! The house is absolutely beautiful, has plenty of space for guests, and is in a private and peaceful setting. Lots of nice restaurants and shops within a short drive. My oldest daughter and I attended the Formula 1 Grand Prix over the weekend portion of our stay and felt that the commute to Old Montreal (around an hour) was not bad at all.

Henry’s home was exactly as listed. Quiet street, restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Henry was very helpful and responsive when we encountered a problem and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy in his home. A very kind and accommodating person, we couldn’t have asked for a better host than Henry.

My friend and I stayed at this beautiful organic farm for a week, and it was absolutely lovely. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and green—perfect for a restful getaway. The property is surrounded by nature and friendly farm animals. We brought our dogs and they enjoyed running and playing around the pond every night when we got back from our day out. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It felt safe and well cared for. The hosts were warm, responsive, and very helpful whenever we reached out. Highly recommend it! Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for offering your lovely cottage to others. It was a perfect place for a small quiet family celebration to mark my sisters 50th birthday, as was her wish. The water front was wonderful for dogs swimming and launching the canoe and kayak that were provided. I loved sitting in the early morning on the screened in porch with the dogs and my tea while I waited for the house to wake up. Dani was even forgiving of my failure to fully complete a departure request/task in our hurry to leave. Thank you for helping make our first time as AirBnB users such an easy and carefree trip! Its no wonder its a popular spot. Hope to be back again!

Ryan’s place was great to stay at. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful. The place was very clean and Ryan gave us privacy but was very responsive as well which was great. Parking was easy and very convenient. No complaints. Would come back.

Staying with Sarah was a 10 out of 10! The apartment is very comfortable. My husband and I love walking, so we visited the main attractions of the city on foot. If you're not much of a walker, there's a metro station just a few blocks away. The highway entrance is only 5 minutes away, which is ideal — it saves you time since you don’t have to drive through the entire city. I definitely recommend staying here. Sarah is very attentive, and the apartment was spotless!

We enjoyed the stay and want to come back for more! We loved the area, traveled to Montreal, enjoyed the river and the pool. Lisa is very kind and responsive. The house has everything you need , it’s on the water so bring with you something against mosquitos. It was a perfect getaway! I want more!

Perfect place for what I was looking for (quiet, relaxing, cozy), was even better than the photos with new cooktop, microwave and toilet. Their wine is absolutely delicious and if I find myself in the area I will be staying again!

Villa Casavant is an absolute dream. The house itself is larger than life and the suite rented offers a totally private, beautiful and spacious living area equipped with all you need. The building is very well maintained and changed minimally since it was built. It has original stained glass windows, incredibly detailed ceilings and the most charming staircases that frame into a heart. Francois and Christine are kind, proactive and helpful hosts. They are very respectful of boundaries and it’s possible you don’t even run into them during your stay- but if you do you must ask them about the houses long and exciting history, they are passionate about the preservation of such historic houses in the area and offer a lot local knowledge. Could not recommend enough- this place is a dream.
