Vous profiterez d’un espace extérieur avec terrasse aménagée, d’un barbecue, et d’une piscine chauffée (disponible de mai à septembre). Le logement dispose de 3 chambres confortables, d’un salon lumineux, d’une cuisine équipée et de 2 toilettes séparés. Deux places de parking est disponible en face de la maison.

Located 24 min from the Semnoz ski resort, 15 min walk from the lake and the historic center or 4 min by car. Bus stop nearby.

Apartment in a 2-star country cottage

15 km from Annecy (20 min), in the countryside, 38 m2 independent studio in the owners' house. Close to Lake Annecy, you will be quiet with panoramic views of the mountains (Mont Blanc, Tournette, etc...). The cottage is close to many hiking or mountain biking trails and tourist attractions. Linens and towels not provided (possibility to rent them). If renting for 5 nights or more, we provide them free of charge. Cleaning is to be done at the end of the stay.

A unique space of 64 m2 plus terrace and garden: Including: A 20 m2 studio with kitchenette, comfortable and practical sofa bed, rapido type, overlooking a 12 m2 terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and its Romantic garden. On the lower level, the 45 m2 spa area with Jacuzzi, sauna and large round bed for your nights in the magic of a plant decor, special care has been given to the materials including 2 basins cut from blocks of Carrara marble.

Appartement de 40 mètres carrés à l étage de ma maison. Chambre séparée. Accès indépendant. Il ni a qu'un seul appartement, vous serez donc les seuls voyageurs. Nonglard est un petit village très calme à 12 km d’Annecy. . Je suis à la retraite, donc disponible pour vous accueillir et vous conseiller. L'heure d'arrivée est flexible. Le terrain est clos, accés par portail électrique. Attention je n accepte pas les animaux ....

It is located on the second and top floor of a recent house that we took pleasure in designing, building, and furnishing with the aim of creating memorable moments in Aix-les-Bains.
