Le logement dispose de 3 chambres confortables, d’un salon lumineux, d’une cuisine équipée et de 2 toilettes séparés. Deux places de parking est disponible en face de la maison.

15 km from Annecy (20 min), in the countryside, 38 m2 independent studio in the owners' house. Close to Lake Annecy, you will be quiet with panoramic views of the mountains (Mont Blanc, Tournette, etc...). The cottage is close to many hiking or mountain biking trails and tourist attractions. Linens and towels not provided (possibility to rent them). If renting for 5 nights or more, we provide them free of charge. Cleaning is to be done at the end of the stay.

You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
