Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

The Ô Lunain gîte, a 40 m2 house located in Nonville, a village in the Lunain Valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live on site in another house, we will be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

Lovers of walking, mountain biking or climbing are within a 10-minute walk of the banks of the Seine as well as the entrance to the Fontainebleau forest. Whenever possible, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times.

Property near the « Château du Mez » (castel), located outside the village, in a wooded park crossed by the Betz (first category river in Natura 2000 zone). Ideal for recharging your batteries in a natural setting and enjoying the shaded garden and the coolness of the watercourse on hot summer days.
