Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Newly renovated cottage of about 25 well-planned square meters on a scenic plot close to the water, nice nature and fun activities. See more in Gustaf's guidebook when it comes to surroundings and activities. The cottage is suitable for a maximum of two adults and two younger children, there are two 90x200cm beds and one 135x180. The cottage was renovated in 2024 with new floors in the bedrooms, repainted and new wardrobe. New doors in the kitchen, new stove and fan, a smaller combined hot air oven/air fryer and washing machine. New toilet and sink.

Here, you can really relax and get away from the stress of the city. A home in a lovely red cottage right on Lake Årydssjön with forest and nature behind the house. Quiet and peaceful with few neighbors. Renovated in 2016 with Danish style with natural colors. Fishing boat (April 1 - October 31) and fishing license included, sauna and Jacuzzi indoors. There are nice bike paths, and hiking areas in the forest and in the nearby area. Forests with mushrooms and berries.
