Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

We live on a headland with water around us. Above our double garage, we have an apartment with all the amenities. Have access to your own dock with swimming. There are nice bike paths, and hiking areas in the forest and in the nearby area. Forests with mushrooms and berries. Most of your needs such as several grocery stores (ICA, COOP and LIDL), pharmacies, liquor stores and pizzerias are within a 2 km radius. Good bus connections to the city center. About 1 km to the bus stop. Close to golf clubs. Some restaurants within a 2 km radius.

The house has three proper bedrooms and there is the possibility to expand the sleeping places with two additional sofa beds. Welcome to Åkhult and our small house located on our farm, 18 meters from our residential house. When you look out the window or door, you see Lake Fiolen. This lake is a spring lake with very clear water. Here you can both swim and fish. Around the lake, there is a small road of eight kilometers. Here, there are many who walk, run or cycle. No matter how you get around the lake, you'll get through two more villages. You walk through beautiful nature and can watch cows, sheep and horses. Welcome! Katja & Erik

Tillgång till båt för mysiga fisketurer eller att ta en tur längsmed Helige Å som kan vara en magisk upplevelse. Här kan du sitta och mysa både inne vid de stora panoramafönstren eller ute på altanen och njuta av utsikten över sjön. Perfekt stuga för fiske eller avkoppling men ändå nära till Växjö (20 km) där butiker och restauranger finns.

Stugan har ”badrocksavstånd” till vår pittoreska lilla badstrand. Där finns även grill. Sjön håller en ljummen behaglig temperatur på sommaren. Perfekt för den som gillar sola bada eller bara hänga vid sjön. Busshållsplats finns cirka 100 meter längre på vägen, om man vill in till Växjö och shoppa eller äta på restaurang!
