Both are exclusively for your use. 🏡 Privacy & Space You'll have the entire upper floor to yourselves – your private area includes all bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The ground floor remains empty and is not shared, but you can use the shower bathroom downstairs if desired. The house and the garden is not shared with other guests – enjoy peace, privacy, and space all to yourselves.

Adventure seekers will get their money's worth on the longest toboggan run in Switzerland and the new zipline.

Trin is idyllic and quiet, yet extremely close to the ski/hiking/biking and climbing area at mountain lakes and world heritage (7 min to Flims, 10 min to Laax). The main town of Chur is 15 minutes away.

(Für Deutsch: please scroll) Rustic, quietly located house where you hear the sound of rippling water, from the Chummerbach and from a small source next to the house. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

No bunk beds! 4 bedrooms sleep 8 with 3 bathrooms, offering space and privacy. 14 min drive to Lenzerheide for excellent hiking, biking and skiing. 5 min walk to train. The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.
