Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Our cozy and fully equipped 4.5-room apartment with 82 m² in the chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volg with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

Cozy bright apartment in the heart of the ski resort and bike paradise of Lenzerheide. A few meters to the lake and the cross-country ski trail and right on the Fadail ski lift. Tastefully furnished. Bathroom with bathtub, well-equipped kitchen, sofa bed and a small open bedroom with large wardrobe. Terrace and garden with hammock, trampoline and grill. View of the Lenzerhorn. Tourist tax (4.50-/adult/night) is charged in cash on site. TV with Netflix and Disney.

The family-friendly 75 sqm (3.5 rooms) ground floor apartment is located on the outskirts of Churwalden. The pretty Grisons village, the entry portal to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski resort. The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

Cozy and central: Studio with free parking

The beautiful spacious studio (29 m² and 8 m² balcony) is centrally and quietly located in Valbella, just before Lenzerheide, in the Arosa-Lenzerheide vacation region. It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.

Apartment Hotel Schweizerhof

The spacious 1.5 room apartment is in a perfect location at Hotel Schweizerhof in Lenzerheide. Due to its central location, everything is within walking distance. The free sports bus takes you to the mountain railways in 5 minutes. Due to the affiliation with Hotel Schweizerhof, the family pool, hot tub and steam bath can be used free of charge. This ensures perfect relaxation after an eventful day.

Large cozy first floor apartment

The apartment is ideal for families with children, whether big or small, or for people with disabilities, as it is very spacious and everything is on one level. The large cozy terrace invites you to the back for a cozy dinner or just go down a bit. The playground, pump track, and ice rink are all within a 3-minute walk. An outdoor swimming pool is right in the neighboring village.

Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

The middle apartment of the Alphüttli offers a large balcony with a view of the mountains. It is generously furnished and can be combined with the Jägerstübli. This way, up to 10 guests (incl. 2 sofa beds). (In February, only bookable from Saturday to Saturday)
