Cozy studio for 2 people in a quiet location in Lenzerheide, Graubünden. Only 7 minutes' walk from the center and close to the bus station. In winter, ski slopes are within walking distance. As soon as the snow is gone, Lenzerheide is known as Bikerparadies. The studio has a kitchen, private bathroom and everything you need for a pleasant stay. A parking space is right in front of the Building. Ideal for couples or solo travelers who appreciate relaxation and proximity to activities.

Our cozy and fully equipped 4.5-room apartment with 82 m² in the chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volg with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

The beautiful spacious studio (29 m² and 8 m² balcony) is centrally and quietly located in Valbella, just before Lenzerheide, in the Arosa-Lenzerheide vacation region. It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.
