Situated on the Unesco Heritage railroad line Albula/Bernina, panoramic train ride from Filisur to Preda. Landwasser viaduct can be reached on a beautiful hike.

Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, in February 2025 you can also rent the apartment below mine (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (1*140 cm 1*160 cm), a very well equipped kitchen and a bathroom. From the balcony you have an breathtaking view of the mountain panorama. The complex includes a barbecue area as well as a playground that may be used by the guest.
