A very well-kept structure with attention to detail! In addition to complete cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for traveling by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be very suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

Easy to park. And when it comes to the view from the terrace , it's breathtaking and so relaxing. The bedding is impeccable and household linen is available . Large cities to visit nearby . Absolutely loved our stay at Tomasso Holiday House – a hidden gem in every sense of the word! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the privacy and tranquility of the location. It felt like our own peaceful retreat, tucked away in the hills, yet fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The amenities were top-notch – a perfectly stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces, comfortable beds, and little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Getting there was half the fun – the windy roads leading up to the house were scenic and added to the sense of adventure. We actually looked forward to each drive, with sweeping views and a real feeling of escape from the everyday. Tomasso Holiday House is the kind of place you dream about coming back to. It offers the perfect blend of seclusion, comfort, and charm. 10/10 – would absolutely stay again!

We had a great week with Giovanna and Antonio. They are both very nice, helpful and always available for questions. The house is exactly as in the pictures, very cozy and we felt comfortable right away. The shared garden is beautiful and the pool is great to cool off on a hot day. Lucca is about 10 minutes away by car and Pisa and Florence are also easy to reach. We 100% recommend the place. Thanks for the great time :-)

What a fantastic place and location. Tranquil, stunning views, located perfectly to explore the local area. Lots of character; quaint and quirky. As hosts Isabella and Claudio were amazing. Always helpful, friendly and very responsive when we asked them about places to go to. Apartment was located at the very top of the village and provided us with stunning views whenever we ate outside. Fabulous BBQ area and a great choice of outdoor seating. Highly recommended.

Two days of relaxation and peace. Beautiful place. House equipped with everything. Small but at the same time, spacious apartment. The bed is very comfortable. Beautiful area for walks. Obviously, you need a car to get to the sea. The only flaw, if you have a big car, is that you can't get directly in front of the house because the road is narrow. But this was communicated in advance. We had no problem. Thank you very much Maria Victoria for everything. We will definitely be back. Greetings also to Shaggy, the house dog. Very nice.😍

We really enjoyed our stay here. Amazing views out to sea, rural location in bucolic Tuscan countryside. Dilvo was a very friendly host. The accommodation is very clean and functional, but the best part is sat having a beer looking out to Corsica and having a bbq in the beautiful garden.

Wonderful place!!! An accommodation that seems to come out of a storybook. Many details that make the comfort and affection of Elba and Fabrizio to their land. From the attention upon arrival, its aromatics for the use of passengers, an impeccable pool and all the garden and children's games. A wonderful way to get to know La Toscana. Please do yourself a favour and book this place! Franco and his family are amazing hosts, the appartment looks even better in person and it is perfect for a romantic getaway. We had questioned ourselves whether it would be a downside to live together with more people on the property, but this turned out to be more of an advantage than anything. It felt like having very friendly neighbours, and we never felt like we had less personal space as a result. On top of this, the neighbouring towns are great for day trips and restaurants. So take the opportunity to enjoy this airbnb gem :) (someone mentioned the internet did not work, but this is fixed now)

We had an amazing stay at Jacopo's place, true paradise! Jacopo is a masterhost and we felt very welcome. The bed is great and we had a bbq in the wonderful garden, very peacefull Tuscan vibes. The cats also roam the garden and are very nice. It is not far from Pisa, about 30 min by car. We recommend this airbnb to everyone! :)

Very well located accommodation for visiting the Cinque Terre and accessing lots of restaurants. Given the location, you can expect noise at night due to the bars nearby. Despite all the bed is comfortable and the accommodation contains all the equipment needed to have a pleasant stay and prepare meals. Irene was very responsive in helping us.

Two of us stayed in Donatella's mini apartment for eleven days in mid-May and felt very comfortable. On about 20m2 everything of the finest and very clean. From there, we visited the following places with the rental car: Livorno, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca and Florence. In between, we enjoyed rest days on the beautiful terrace. Donatella recommended her beach section 'Lido di Tirrenia', where we spent beach days under her parasol/chairs. We love the country life and recommend the 'Oasis of Peace ' without restriction continue.

Paola and Gianni are attentive to every detail and very helpful. A place that deserves to be visited. The place is lovely, very well cared for, and the cleanliness is great. For those looking for tranquility, it's a lovely area. We found varying weather conditions but the accommodation already heated and the stoves turned on, this was already a great welcome. Inside the house there is everything you need to need. The place is ideal for relaxation and walking, for those who love to stay in nature and in tranquility.

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

A little corner of paradise in the middle of the woods. The wonderful cottage, the large and well-equipped garden, perfect for both humans and dogs, surrounded by peace and tranquility. Silvia always available for any questions. It was 3 regenerating days. Everything was perfect!

Check-in was very chilled and spontaneous. Great to reach and a really likeable guy. We were there with our motorcycles and Ricardo took great care to make sure everything is safe and even brought tools over a small breakdown. The house in itself was rustic but very appropriately furnished. There was everything from pots and pans to sheets and towels. It is and remains a small, rustic cottage in Tuscany. What more could you ask for? Our troupe would come back any time. Thank you for the nice stay!

A small chalet and its garden with swimming pool ideally located in the heart of Tuscany, the cities of Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca are more or less 1 hour away. Nicoletta and her father gave us a very warm welcome! They are adorable and very attentive, if you need anything they respond very quickly! the pool is maintained every day and therefore of absolute cleanliness, what a joy to be able to relax there after a day of visiting in the Tuscany heat, then enjoy your dinner on the terrace overlooking the beautiful daily sunsets! the cottage is clean and contains everything you need (if I want to chip it would be missing a few small things in the kitchen with a few extra cutlery and a bowl or two for example, but it would just pass from something very nice to great, so it's really if we are looking for the little beast) and the air conditioning is very nice. Thank you for this beautiful stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Benabbio for 2 weeks. We came for peace and good weather and we got it. The cottage was perfect: it was very private, the view was beautiful, the garden colorful and has several places to stay outside, so we went out quite a bit because it was so good. It was a nice contact with Luca, who will be ready and give tips if necessary. Recommend!
