The apartment is approx. 43 m². There are 2 rooms, one large (living room) and one slightly smaller (bedroom), both connect a long hallway from which the bathroom and kitchen also go. There is also a balcony facing the street from the living room. All rooms are very bright due to the many windows in daylight. Except for the bathroom and kitchen (tiles), there is easy-maintained laminate flooring in all rooms.

I felt very comfortable and the room is very nice and large with a view of the sky and a balcony. Very central and quiet and the hostess very friendly. I am looking forward to booking again. An unexpected central location, everything super accessible yet very quiet. And even with a dog great. Ulli was already a very good and accommodating host in advance and since he happened to be at home during my stay, we always ran into each other, which always resulted in a nice chat. Otherwise, I never felt like I was disrupting him in his privacy. Everything was clean so far, the amenities very good (incl. Kitchen, bathroom). Despite the humble weather throughout, we felt comfortable.

Had a great time here! The apartment was neat and tidy, and within walking distance of the Altstadt and the Schloss. Despite the lack of kitchen, you’re not fully reliant on restaurants due to the microwave, mini fridge and coffee/tea facilities. Would recommend!
