The apartment is located in the heart of Mólina de Segura, a cozy town near the capital of Murcia, approximately 8 kilometers away. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one guest room with two beds, both quite cozy, a living room and an equipped kitchen. Nearby there are supermarkets, pharmacies and the bus stop. The area is quiet and safe. I am 3 kilometers from the university and 6 kilometers from Archena, where there is one of the best spas in Spain

New addition of two air-conditioned rooms (living room and double room). It is a completely renovated floor, with a lot of tranquility and light. We have a double bed and two 90cm single beds. We have WiFi, Wii, TV, a full kitchen but no oven. Separate bathroom on the same floor and underfloor heating throughout the floor. Access to the floor can be common or independent to the liking of each guest. Balcony with beautiful views and backyard with barbecue.

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.

Terrassen er "romslig". Fine gå og sykkel stier rett utenfor komplekset samt at det er tar ca 10 - 15 minutter å gå til spa anlegget Balneario de Archena.
