Sylvia is wonderful and very helpful. We were in communication before I got there. She gave me all the information I needed.she works downstairs and is always available. The apartment is so wonderful. Everything you need is there. She has very good design taste. The kitchen and bathroom is completely stocked The apt is 2-3 minutes walk to the train station! In fact the trains go right by the building. It's in a very quiet older area of Idar-Obenstein and right off the main highway. There is a LIDL supermarket within a 1 minute walk. This area is beautiful with winding roads and rivers though steep valleys and towns and houses built up the hillsides. A magical place! And a wonderful apt and wonderful host..!

A spacious, clean apartment in a quiet location. Host Max always responded right away and was also very accommodating when we had to extend our stay by two days. Check in and out, everything went completely smoothly. Everything is fine. To the surroundings: the bus stop is 7 minutes away; further down the street there is still a "real" bakery; a small walk leads up to the Bismarck tower, beautiful place; downstairs in the Idar I recommend "Svenjas diner"(delicious burgers); on Thursdays there is a small weekly market; —> fun fact : a few houses down the road, Bruce willis spent his first two years of life... so far, so good. Everything is fine :)

Christine made her accommodation available to us at very short notice. Despite the sparse preparation time, everything was super nicely prepared and we felt right at home! The communication was friendly and very open-minded. We really spent a few nice days in the Hunsrück. Thank you so much for that!
