Also close to the new Kattegattsleden, which has been designated as the European Cycle Route of the Year 2018. The Skåneleden hiking trail runs through the village. Close to Kullaberg. The house is 40 square meters and has a private bathroom and sauna. In the room, there is a sleeping alcove with two beds and a sofa that functions as a double bed. Kitchenette also available for cooking. Access to private patio with barbecue grill.

Within about 1 km from the residence, there is a grocery store, outdoor swimming pools, sports ground, restaurants, paddle tennis, tennis, café, harbor, vineyard, bus. The residence is about 60 sqm. 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and lovely lush garden with patio for nice barbecue evenings. Many nice golf courses can be visited by car in the nearby area.

Our cozy cottage was built in 2016. It provides compact accommodation with most of the features you could need. Private patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Private parking space and location close to nature. Exit from E6 at Mellby Center. There you will find Ica Maxi, pharmacy, café, restaurant and McDonalds - all at a distance of 200 meters from the cottage. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea with the well-known, 12 km long sandy beach. There are many attractions in the nearby area and various activities within a comfortable driving distance.

Sit back and relax in this peaceful, elegant accommodation in wonderful & harmonious Mellbystrand close to Sweden's longest sandy beach (12 km). If you want to experience the pulse of Båstad during the Summer on festival or tennis week, it is only 15 minutes away! A trailer is set up just outside the property in which up to 5 children can sleep. If there is a need for a car (Tesla) or electric scooter, this can be rented during the stay, just one such thing. 😉 Please let us know in advance if you would like to borrow the car.

Welcome to our cosy, charming loft, just 2 kms from fabulous beaches and surrounded by open meadows on our working, organic farm. The accomodation has two twin rooms upstairs, and a tiny room downstairs with a single bed. You have your own kitchen with hob, oven etc, own shower and toilet, and best of all, your own garden, shaded by beautiful birch trees. We are only 2 kms from Vejbystrand, which has bars and restaurants and one of the finest sand beaches in Sweden! Hire one of our bikes!

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Brygghuset, holiday home by the sea and nature

In the fantastic Magnarp/Vejbystrand on the Bjäre peninsula, there is this lavish, unique little house for a lovely vacation. Less than a five-minute walk to the sea, harbor and fishing inn. Ludvigsgården is a very old and well-preserved farm, dating back as far as the late 17th century. For us, it's a magical place with life and movement combined with a fantastic calm. On one side of the house there is a popular farm shop. Horse, dog, cat and rabbit are in the yard. Warm welcome!

Egen trädgårdsdel där lummiga lövträd och Rydebäcken ger gräns till golfbanan. 500m åt väster finner du sandstranden som inbjuder till bad eller promenad. Vattenkvaliten är i toppklass med blå flagg som erkännande. Lägenheten på ca 50m2 är nyrenoverad och erbjuder kök / allrum, två sovrum, hall samt badrum. Den ligger i hörnet av en större tomt vilket skapar en avskildhet även utomhus. Vi erbjuder parkering på egen uppfart. Eget Wi-Fi samt TV med ChromeCast. Finns också radio.

Only a 10 minute walk from central Båstad you will find this summer paradise with magnificent views and a gorgeous pool and terraces in many directions with no disturbing neighbors close. Your own creek will keep you calm together with the yoga house in the middle of the parklike huge parcel. With three main bedrooms, two living rooms with a fireplace and a guest cabin you can fit 10 people here. Though an old house, it is very modern with all amenities you need for your stay.
