This room has a stucco ceiling. There are plank floors and old stone floors everywhere. about 15 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the grocery store, 15 minutes to the old town, 5 minutes to the bus line. 5 minutes to the beach promenade.

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. The bright, sunny and charming two-room apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a modern residential building in a small side street and is still very centrally located. The pedestrian zone is just around the corner. Harbour, museums, cinema, theater, restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
