Smjesten je 5 minuta voznje od aerodroma i par minuta od svih bitnih sadrzaja (bazen, dućani, muzej, šetnice, stadion, nogometni teren...). Pogodno je za boravak obitelji s malom djecom. Apartman kao stan se sastoji od dnevnog boravka, dvije sobe, kuhinje, kupaonice i terase sa svim sadržajima.

Do centra grada je oko 15-20 min vožnje autom ili oko 30-40 min javnim prijevozom, ovisno o gužvi u prometu.
