Beachfront holiday rental in Veliki Pijesak Beach

Absolutely loved this place! Location was amazing as it was in the center of Budva. Walking distance to the water, restaurants, Old Town and activities. The view was spectacular! The restaurant on the bottom floor was delicious and affordable. I would stay here again if I visit Budva again!

Niezapomniane wakacje. To miejsce dedykowane jest dla osób ceniących sobie kontakt z naturą. Cisza , spokój, z tarasu słuchać tylko szum morza i koncert cykad. Takich spektakli zachodów słońca nie widziałam nigdzie. Do naszej dyspozycji był również ogród, gdzie owoce (winogrona, kiwi, granaty, grejpfruty) jedliśmy do woli. W bliskiej okolicy super restauracje oraz sklepy. Do najblizszego dużego miasta 10 km. Na najwyższą ocenę zasługuje Rasim. Niesamowity gospodarz. Na moje fanaberie (typu dodatkowe przykrycie czy żelazko ) reagował błyskawicznie. Miałam parę pytań na tematy zwiazane z inwestycją w Czarnogórze, przyjechał, bez interesownie, poświcając swój prywatny czas kolejnego dnia. Miejsce jak i gospodarza polecam nie w 100 a 200 %

Sanja şu ana kadar konakladığımız yerler arasında iletişimi en iyi olan ve en hızlı yanıt alabildiğimiz ev sahibi oldu. Ev görsellerdekiyle bire bir. Güzel ve rahat bir konaklama geçirdik. Ev konum itibariyle birçok yere gidebildiğimiz orta bir noktadaydı. Biz çok memnun kaldık, Sanja’ya teşekkür ederiz.

Wygodny duży dom, piękne widoki, super taras na dachu, ogródek. Wszystkie udogodnienia, leżaki, parasole, grill, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia i łazienki. Bardzo blisko do plaży, plaża dość zatłoczona, część prywatna i ogólnodostępna. Gospodarz bardzo przyjazny i pomocny, w razie potrzeby od razu reaguje. Jedna uwaga - wodę pitną(2,5E za 6l) należy kupować w sklepie, ta w domu nie jest zdatna do picia. Ogólnie bardzo udany pobyt. Polecam

Our stay in Albert's house was fantastic. The house is right in the middle of the Old Town, and being amongst the old buildings and narrow passages our room stayed a comfortable temperature even on hot days. Albert and his family were very generous, and always helpful. The balcony had incredible views down to the sea. I would recommend to other guests to ask Albert for advice on where to park near to the Old Town.

Dragana was friendly, responsive and even allowed flexibility with check in/out which was greatly appreciated. Apartment was clean and matched the photos and description. Great location and beautiful swimming beach right across the road. Free parking across the road is an added bonus. We will definitely return.

We stayed as a family of four at Larissa's place. Greatly enjoyed the privacy of a home like setting, the pool and the walkable distance to all the beaches in Budva and Becici. Larisa is a responsive host and always ready to help with recommendations, like setting up an airport transfer or stocking up on groceries before Sunday's break. The place is located near a monastery (which only can be a trouble if you mind hearing the bells ring at 6-8am), in a peaceful locals-oriented neighborhood, within Budva standards. The building is well maintained and the apartment is well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay, especially if staying with younger children. We also enjoyed close proximity to nice cafe's and grocery stores. If I was going back to Budva, I would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé 5 jours à 4 personnes au sein de cet appartement. L’appartement est beau et propre. Il est situé à seulement 2 minutes à pieds de la plage. La mer est visible depuis le balcon. Toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pieds. Il est aisé de garer la voiture dans la rue car de nombreuses places sont disponibles. L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour ce qui est appréciable. Je recommande ce logement 👍💯

Marijana e David são anfitriões fantásticos! Foram super prestativos! O apartamento é perfeito, pequeno mas muito arrumado, o sofá cama é super confortável e tem todas as comodidades necessárias para estadia. A piscina do condomínio é mais um grande diferencial e a vista para a praia também. Definitivamente ficaria lá novamente. O melhor airbnb da região!

Все було чудово. Чудова квартира, доволі зручна, чиста і приємна постіль, достатньо рушників, посуду. На наше здивування був пляжний зонт, два стільця та маска для плавання. Чудовий господар який завжди на зв’язку.

Thank you Angela for being such an amazing host. This place is exactly as described if not better. Right opposite the Becici beach this place is perfect for people who are looking to stay in a safe, quiet and beautiful area. I never had to call for the taxi as you find one or two always outside the building. Angela made my stay really comfortable. She gave amazing recommendations and went above and beyond to tell us how to do the day trip around perast and kotor. All her food recommendations where very good. Thanks a lot for hosting us. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Montenegro.

Our holiday was made even more special by staying in this well-kept accommodation. The host is very responsive and helpful and always answered our questions on time. We arrived to the accommodation earlier than the stated check in time and Jelena was waiting for us with keys, she was very professional and helpful and we really appreciate this. The property had everything we needed and was very organised, with plenty of clean towels, shampoos…etc and the location is great as it’s not too far from shops, pharmacy and restaurants but still quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend booking with Jelena and INproperties and would definitely stay again if Im back to Budva!

Всё отлично, хозяин быстро решал все возникающие вопросы, всегда был на связи. С нами был маленький ребёнок — сразу предоставили детскую кроватку. В здании есть стиральная машина, по запросу в апартаментах убираются, предоставляют всё необходимое. Но совсем не беспокоят — жили, как дома. До моря идти пять минут (это с коляской по ровной дорожке) или всего три минуты спуститься по тропинке вдоль ручья, при этом шум ресторанов на набережной не беспокоил. Недалеко от дома в горах железная дорога — но проезжающие поезда даже радовали ребёнка: выбегал на балкон смотреть. Мы приезжали уже в конце сезона, поэтому на пляже было совсем немного отдыхающих, многие рестораны ещё работали, и море было тёплым для нас. Приехали на поезде — от станции Сутоморе можно добраться напрямую, если спуститься по лестнице сразу с горы. Мы шли через город, тк были с коляской, но получилась обзорная экскурсия по всем магазинам, лавочка и ресторанам.

We spent wonderful time at Nebojša’s place. Everything we asked for he was there to help. Told us what we needed to know about surrounding area, even walked us to the beach, ordered us drinks at the local bar and payed the round as a welcome gift. Definitely did not expect it. The apartment was neatly arranged and crystal clean, with all the amenities at hand. We had a parking spot at the front entrance, with a friendly neighbourhood, made our stay safe and warm.

The property really exceeds expectations - the house is on the cliff with fantastic views from the balconies and the porch. In the place, we found all we need. Stairs lead you down to the small beach. Access from the road is very easy and the parking space is big and convenient. In walking distance you can easily find all you need; also the big supermarket is in 15 minutes drive from Dobra Voda in the Bar. In 10 minute walk along the seaside, you can get to a number of nice restaurants and a public beach that we did not use as it is very crowded. At check-in, we were met by Valeria's co-host Marina who introduced us to the house and showed us all facilities, and explanted the rules. Rules were very easy - we can do whatever we want. She also advised us of the local restaurant in the mountains that turned out to be the best in town - we really loved it. She was also very helpful with small household questions during our stay. Basically, the house is exactly as described. 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen. There is a washing machine and small fridge on the second floor. The fridge was extremely helpful to keep whisky, coke, and water that you can have sitting on the balcony. I recommend the place and the host without any reservations. My daughter and I are very thankful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in such a beautiful place and such a beautiful town. Valeria and Marina, thank you very much!

Wir hatten hier eine schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Mit dem vorhandenen Kayak kann man direkt vom Hauseigenen Meerreszugang die Gegend sehr gut vom Meer aus erkunden. Die Gastgeber waren zuvorkommend und Hilfsbereit... gerne wider.

Wirklich sehr coole Unterkunft mit einer sensationellen Aussicht. Es war alles sauber und die Küche mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung für Leute die mit einem Auto in Montenegro unterwegs sind.

Wer in Montenegro original wie die Einheimischen wohnen möchte, ist hier richtig. Wir wurden von außergewöhnlich freundlichen Menschen willkommen geheißen. Wir kamen um 1:30 Uhr nachts an, dennoch wurden wir persönlich empfangen. Es war sehr familiär und angenehm. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal. Wer eine luxuriöse Einrichtung braucht ist hier falsch. Wer gerne mit Herzensmenschen zu tun hat ist hier Gold richtig. Wir waren gerne hier zu Gast mit unseren zwei Kindern und würden dieses Appartement jederzeit wieder aufsuchen. Wir bedanken uns für einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
