As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and at ease throughout my stay. The hosts also provided helpful recommendations for transportation and boat tours, which really enhanced my trip. We stayed at Milka’s apartment for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. Milka and her family welcomed us and gave us a tour of the place. The apartment was sparkling clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located, central yet quiet, with free parking right outside. The terrace and the view were absolutely amazing. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the old town, with a grocery store and bakery nearby. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kotor!

Great place, beach access was amazing. Shared with other guests but we did not mind or feel it mostly. Any issue we had was resolved right away and without delay. I forgot a Macbook charger and she informed me right away, helpful and responsive.

Apartment is on the first floor so you're looking down on the beach which is great. has everything you need. housekeeper and owner both very helpful. we were allowed to leave our car in their secured parking area and use their beach towels after checkout which meant we could enjoy the sandy beach for a while longer. short driving distance to Budva and not very far from Kotor.

There is absolutely nothing you could fault with this stunning apartment in the centre of Kotor overlooking the cathedral. We were met at the main Sea gate of the old town and Karolina assisted with luggage and accompanied us to the apartment. A beautiful outlook over the town, restaurants and mountains from the beautifully furnished living area. Although you are in the centre of town, you have the choice to open your double glazed windows and listen to music and the sounds or close them and have complete quiet. The bedrooms are positioned at the rear of the apartment. They are quiet and allow for a perfect nights sleep. Everything has been considered, even a filtered water dispenser was supplied in the apartment, which was greatly appreciated. This apartment is perfection. We would highly recommend staying at this superb apartment in Kotor.

The stay was incredible, okasana was always super fast to respond, she gave us clear instruction about getting to the place. The house was top notch clean and everything inside was brand new. I would highly recommend staying there!!

Great place to stay in Bar. Really close to the sea and all necessary shops and markets. A variety of restaurants nearby. Own barbecue zone and a place to eat outside. Amazing view. We were kindly permitted to check in earlier and leave later, which was very helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our stay in Albert's house was fantastic. The house is right in the middle of the Old Town, and being amongst the old buildings and narrow passages our room stayed a comfortable temperature even on hot days. Albert and his family were very generous, and always helpful. The balcony had incredible views down to the sea. I would recommend to other guests to ask Albert for advice on where to park near to the Old Town.

I was with my husband and parents in mid-October. The weather is perfect. Wonderful place, lovely hosts, beautiful home and views. Clean. Great amenities- there's everything you need. Quiet neighborhood. Great starting point. Highly recommended☺️Agnieszka and Grzegorz with a family

Both the house and the host were excellent. The house is just a short walk to the old town of Kotor - and it's actually much nicer to be away from the crowds in this lovely house with pool, terraces and beautiful gardens ...as well as the view of the mountains and old town. Aleksandra and Andrika (her son) were ideal hoss. Very communicative and responsive. Gave some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. If you can book this place - do.

Absolutely loved this place! Location was amazing as it was in the center of Budva. Walking distance to the water, restaurants, Old Town and activities. The view was spectacular! The restaurant on the bottom floor was delicious and affordable. I would stay here again if I visit Budva again!

One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the swing or watching the rain roll in, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect, peaceful retreat. You won’t find a more welcoming space or a more considerate host.

The accommodation has a great location, a wonderful view from which you can see both sunrise and sunset. The furniture is quite new and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Ardit has paid a lot of attention to detail and we immediately felt at home.

We stayed as a family of 4. The place was so much better than we expected. Especially the location was incredible. Thank you so much to these apartment owners who made us love our first time in Montenegro. He well deserved his fee. If I come to Kotor Bay again, I will definitely stay in this apartment. Highly recommend staying here for your own slice of beautiful Budva old town! The location is PERFECT and instructions made it easy to find. It's on the smaller side but perfect for 1 or 2 adults. The outdoor patio is lush and I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings and wine at night. Would definitely stay again, really relaxing place.

The stay was very nice! The view from the balcony is enchanting. In general, we felt very comfortable. Only the speed of the Wi-Fi could be improved

We had a fantastic stay at Smiljka’s place. Immaculately clean, and every detail thought of. Amenities including air con were great. She was extremely responsive during our stay, including recommendations on where to hire a car from, as well as tips about the local area. The location is as described, less than 5 minute stroll to the beach (it is a pebble beach, so would recommend swim shoes or Crocs if you can) and 10 minutes from Kotor Old Town, which was beautiful and full of places to go to eat and explore. We travelled by car, so a private parking spot so central was an added bonus. It was a little tricky to find initially, but Smiljka was amazing, communicated with us the whole time and met us on the road and guided us in. Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking to travel to Kotor. Thanks for a great stay Smiljka!
