Absolutely loved this place! Location was amazing as it was in the center of Budva. Walking distance to the water, restaurants, Old Town and activities. The view was spectacular! The restaurant on the bottom floor was delicious and affordable. I would stay here again if I visit Budva again!

Rasim is a fantastic host and his apartment in Kruce is a beautiful and relaxing haven, tucked in amongst groves of fruit trees in a quiet rural neighbourhood. A short walk away from crystal blue sea, with nature all around (even a wild tortoise wandering through the olive trees), you'd be hard pressed to find a better value, nature laden retreat, on the Montenegrin coast line.

Everything was perfect! The host was friendly and communicative, the place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

We spent 8 wonderful nights at the villa. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood of town. With a beautiful view of the sea, in the evening you can watch the sunsets. There are several beaches within walking distance. To the old town 10 min walk. I recommend everyone to visit this beautiful property. Great host, told everything, gave instructions for leisure in Ulcinj. We are very happy.

Our stay in Albert's house was fantastic. The house is right in the middle of the Old Town, and being amongst the old buildings and narrow passages our room stayed a comfortable temperature even on hot days. Albert and his family were very generous, and always helpful. The balcony had incredible views down to the sea. I would recommend to other guests to ask Albert for advice on where to park near to the Old Town.

Dragana was friendly, responsive and even allowed flexibility with check in/out which was greatly appreciated. Apartment was clean and matched the photos and description. Great location and beautiful swimming beach right across the road. Free parking across the road is an added bonus. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful week here at Tamara's apartments. Fantastic scenery, everything you need in the apartment, amazing pool and to be able to step off the patio into the sea was a superb bonus. A couple of nice restaurants within easy walk (one next door). Very friendly and helpful hosts, we borrowed their kayak a few times. Plenty of private parking, just a little hard to find the right drive off the main road the first time. There is a stated quiet time after 10pm, but you could still hear a fair amount of normal noise from the other apartments, nothing too disruptive for us but it could be different with other guests there. Wonderful place, we would definitely book again if we were in the area.

We stayed in the apartment for the first time and absolutely loved it. The warm welcome from the owner made us feel right at home. The apartment was spotless, and the cleanliness really stood out. The location is great — not far from the seaside. We enjoyed walking to the beach, with plenty of cafés and restaurants along the promenade. There is some building work going on in the surrounding area, but this didn’t bother us at all — the noise level was acceptable and didn’t disturb our stay. Highly recommended!

We spent 5 days with 4 people in this apartment. The apartment is beautiful and clean. It is just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The sea is visible from the balcony. All amenities are within walking distance. It is easy to park the car on the street as many spaces are available. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay which is appreciated. A very nice flat, 2 min away from the sea. Clean, new, registration service. The only thing we did not enjoy was the Construction site. But Becici now is being constructed rapidly.

We had an amazing 5-day stay at this beautiful penthouse in Bečići! The apartment is modern, sparkling clean, and full of light thanks to the huge panoramic windows. We loved spending time on the spacious terrace — perfect for working, relaxing, or enjoying the sea view. The whole building is new and very well maintained, and the location is just a couple of minutes from the beach. Everything was super comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable — no issues at all. Sylwia was a great host — very responsive and helpful. She even arranged for someone to handle our temporary registration in Montenegro, which made things incredibly easy for us. The only thing we missed were a few basic essentials: there was no laundry detergent or softener, which made it hard to do laundry, and no starter supplies like coffee or tea (just leftovers from previous guests). Still, that was a minor thing — overall the experience was excellent.

My father stayed in this apartment in Bečići for a month, and overall, we were very satisfied with the experience. The host, Angela, was always available, incredibly helpful, and ready to assist with anything—from the registration process to finding a parking spot and even helping us with the dishwasher. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations and looks even better than in the photos. One thing I especially appreciated was the very high ceilings, which gave a sense of space and comfort—you don’t feel cramped like you often do in an apartment compared to a house. The sea is just across the road, and you can see it from the balcony, along with beautiful sunsets. The only downside was that upon arrival, there were no basic essentials in the apartment—not even bottled water, salt, or other simple items. Since we arrived on a Sunday when all shops are closed, this became a bit of a problem. Other than that, everything was great, and we would definitely recommend these apartments.

Oleg was a wonderful host! We stayed in his villa for a few days. The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet place with a wonderful view of the sea. The local beach is 200 meters from the house, which is very convenient. There is a supermarket and several cafes and restaurants nearby. Oleg, thank you for the welcome! We will come to you again!

Everything was great. Sabrina and Jasmine met us in the apartment at the time of our arrival. They clearly explained everything and were very friendly and communicative. They helped us with the tourist registration and also recommended some local places. The apartment is very close to the sea, restaurants and a bakery. One minor issue that we had was the shower where we could not completely close the glass doors and the shower head holder was loose. Overall, it’s a nice apartment for a nice price!

Great place, beach access was amazing. Shared with other guests but we did not mind or feel it mostly. Any issue we had was resolved right away and without delay. I forgot a Macbook charger and she informed me right away, helpful and responsive.

Really very cool place with a sensational view. Everything was clean and the kitchen was equipped with the essentials. All in all, a clear recommendation for people traveling by car in Montenegro.

This is simply a wonderful place! Kol and Meri are the perfect hosts. We felt at home from the very beginning. As a group of five (3 adults, 2 young kids) we had a quiet and relaxed time. The garden and the pool are perfect. Easy to walk down to the lake side and lots of activities along the lake. 10 out of 10 for us. We hope to come back soon.

Comfortable big house, beautiful views, super rooftop terrace, backyard. All amenities, sun loungers, umbrellas, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Very close to the beach, quite crowded beach, private and public area. The host is very friendly and helpful, and responds immediately if needed. One note - drinking water (2.5E for 6l) should be purchased at the store, the one in the house is not drinkable. Overall, a very successful stay. Recommended
