Through the front door you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom in addition. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

This chalet is within 6x4 and equipped with kitchen (with microwave oven and fridge), bathroom with shower and toilet, a cozy bedstee (1.40 m x 2.00 with a step) and sufficient storage space. The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) can easily be moved into the living room. You really sit at the (swimming)water of the clean lake. Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Please read the advertisement carefully before booking. I would love to make you welcome in our wonderful home in Hoogedijk. Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.
