Het huisje biedt een intieme, eenvoudige en rustgevende retraite voor 2 personen. Gelegen aan open water in het uitgebreide recreatiegebied Spaarnwoude. Op nog geen 30 min. met de auto of trein van het centrum van Amsterdam en het strand. In het historische Haarlem ben je zelfs binnen 10 min. met de auto. Om de hoek ligt het schilderachtige Spaarndam voor een hapje en een drankje. Op nog geen 10 min. lopen is er ook een zwemmeertje. Geschikt voor stellen, solo-avonturiers en zakelijke reizigers.

B&B on the water

A wonderful stay! The cottage by the water is located by various amenities. A nice shopping center. The train station is a 10 min walk, so you are in Amsterdam in 20 minutes and Zaanse Schans in 15 minutes. The Strand, Volendam and Alkmaar are all a short distance away. Breakfast must be taken care of by yourself, but for delicious sandwiches, you can contact the local baker, who is within walking distance. Upon arrival, you will find various drinks in the fridge. In short, a wonderful stay!

Een unieke plek midden in het bos op eigen terrein. Na het parkeren van de auto is het ca 4 minuten lopen door het bos naar het huisje. Gelegen in een lichte open ruimte met oude bomen eromheen, vanwaar je geen huizen en geen mensen ziet; DEZE BOSTUIN VOOR JEZELF IS CA 2 HECTARE GROOT !. Het is er vredig, stil, idyllisch en comfortabel, dus geen hoge hakken en outfits om te schitteren, maar lekker met je wandelschoenen en een warm vest genieten van de houtkachel binnen en open vuur buiten.

Park the cars in front of the house (private). The sea is a 15 second walk (4 seconds running). Slightly more when the tide is low. Don’t worry about anything. We got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, two huge beds, a private green garden, warm outdoor shower, fresh breakfast, cappuccino’s, speedy landline wifi, star roofed bathroom, hanging chair and ‘bolderkar’ for the kids. Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

Our studio is full of comforts with a lovely 160x210 bed. A private kitchen, lovely shower and TV with Netflix. It is a quiet street and everything is within walking distance. Our beach has many beautiful, nice and cozy beach tents with very good food and beautiful wines. Our village is very cozy. Nice shops and nice restaurants. The nature in the area is beautiful. The ideal beach vacation, (kite)surfing vacation or enjoying nature in the area.
