COUNTRY HOUSE IN BERLIN BACON BELT

You live in a converted stable building with a living area of 115 sqm on our lovingly renovated three-sided courtyard. Our small village is located in the beautiful Brandenburg Havelland, just outside the gates of Berlin. We are just a 30-minute drive from the city centre of Berlin's Spandau district. Very close to us is the designer outlet center, Karls Elebnisdorf, the Elebnispark Paaren- Glien, the golf course Kallin and also the Havelland cycle path crosses our village.

Our guest house is located right next to the nature reserve, on the southern edge of Oranienburg, not far from lakes and attractions. By car, you are directly on the Berliner Ring or in the center of Oranienburg in a few minutes. We are comfortably furnished and offer a complete, open kitchen-living room with separate dining area, a cozy living and sleeping area, perfect for 2 people as well as a modern shower room. Extra bed possible. A terrace with seating is not provided.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

The Havel region with its historic towns and numerous waterways is particularly inviting for hiking and cycling. A garage is available for motorcyclists. Just outside Berlin is this idyllic, completely renovated cottage, which offers you a refuge while at the same time being located in the middle of a region that offers many leisure, sport and cultural activities. The nearby lake invites you to relax. There is a spa resource 100 meters away. If you travel by car, there are many beautiful excursion destinations in the surrounding area that will surprise you and invite you to relax.

Perwenitz Künstlerhof

Near Berlin, at the northern end of the village of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, stands the residential building of the former mill complex. The two-storey mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for the production of flour and animal feed. Today there are artist studios, gallery rooms and a cafe in this building.Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m².
