Full of rustic charm inside, with loads of space and many quirky old features. Fantastic outdoor entertaining area, with magical automatic illuminating lanterns and large dining table. There is a barbecue, ping-pong table and petanque (boules). . Amazing setting, 2km from "Champagne" village pub/post office.

Eiffel is spacious and light with high ceilings and large windows offering views of the surrounding countryside. It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.
