Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Vacations in the Hills

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation on a hill surrounded by olive groves and vineyards just 5 minutes from Collodi, 10 minutes by car from the center of Pescia, 8 minutes to the Supermarket, 7 minutes to the train station, 20 minutes by car from the center of Lucca and 40 minutes from Florence or Pisa. The apartment is divided into two levels, lower area with kitchen and open space living room, large closet and bathroom; the upper area includes the two bedrooms and the main bathroom. Parking for up to 2 cars.

Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

"La Dogana" (your house in Collodi in Tuscany)

Pretty detached residence forming part of a larger cottage surrounded by a fenced green space. The accommodation is located a few minutes from Collodi (the Village of Pinocchio), on the border between the hills of Lucca and Montecatini Terme. Lucca is only 13 km away. Excellent support also for visiting Florence, Vinci,Pisa, Viareggio and Forte Dei Marmi. The property consists of two recently renovated old Tuscan farmhouses, "I Millefiori" and "La Bellavista", which are adjacent and rented out as one unit. Each house is self-sufficient with its own kitchen and dining areas both inside and outside. The two houses share a large parking lot, a 12x6 meter pool, and a small playground. Situated on a hilltop surrounded by olive trees just a ten minute drive from Pescia, the property enjoys splendid views both south and north.
