Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with satellite TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Ci troviamo a due min dalla stazione ferroviaria, a 5min d’auto da Collodi e 15min circa da Montecatini, Montecarlo e Lucca. Autostrada raggiungibile in soli 10min d’auto . What a wonderful break from the loud, crowded, busy cities. A picturesque view from every window. The bed was the most comfortable one of our whole trip. We loved the comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Monica went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I wish we could have stayed longer, but there is always next time. Already looking at my calendar for a longer stay in 2026.

Nous avons fait une étape d’une nuit chez Silvia pendant notre voyage. Tout s’est très bien passé. Le logement correspond en tout point à l’annonce et est très bien entretenu. Malgré notre arrivée tardive, nous avons trouvé un restaurant à quelques pas du logement. Silvia est disponible et ses informations sont très claires.

We had a great stay at Donatella’s place in Pescia! Donatella was incredibly kind and always available to help us with anything we needed. The house was clean, tidy, and well-equipped—especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of bed sheets, and the bathroom was spotless with clean towels provided. The only small downside was the weak Wi-Fi signal, but everything else made up for it. We definitely recommend staying here!

Wunderschöne Wohnung im Haus der Besitzer, welche ebenfalls im selben Haus wohnen. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Sehr sauber und viel Platz. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mann fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wie zu Hause. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Sie ist immer erreichbar und gibt Hilfeleistungen bei allen Fragen. Wir wurden sogar an eine kleine Familienparty eingeladen mit unkomplizierten Personen. Wir hatten sehr viel Spass. Vielen Dank für alles!

Welcoming hosts, great knowledge of the area, super clean accommodation, hot tub was ours to use as we wanted to, beautiful house and gardens, towels replaced every other day, absolutely stunning views and surroundings. Sehr authentische Toskana Wohnung. Etwas abseits von der Hauptstraße bzw Altstadt. Recht ruhig gelegen. Parken war etwas schwierig. Hinter dem Haus fließt ein kleiner Bach, an dem täglich die Frösche ein Konzert gespielt haben. Stört überhaupt nicht. Trotzdem der warmen Temperaturen sehr kühl. !!Wichtig für Allergiker und Hundebesitzer!!, in die Wohnung können Katzen über den Keller herein kommen. Hier war Lisa so freundlich und hat für uns die Katzenklappe verschlossen. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Lisa und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Le logement se situe dans un quartier très calme et bucolique de Pescia. Tout était très propre, la chambre des adultes très spacieuse. Moustiquaires aux fentres. Sièges pour se relaxer... Tout l'équipement nécessaire était disponible. Le jardin est agréable et la piscine très propre. Michela et son époux sont gentils, disponibles tout en étant discrets. Ils nous ont recommandé des restaurants et le marché local à faire le samedi matin. Tout était vraiment parfait. on recommande à 100%!
