Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The cabin contains a living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a lean-to you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming opportunities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way up to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, half an hour from Sørlandsparken and Kristiansand Zoo by car. Bus to Kristiansand leaves from Vennesla station (about 5 min walking distance) 2 times an hour during the day and takes about 20 minutes. It is 10 minutes by car to Setesdalsbanen and great hiking opportunities in the surrounding area. Walking distance to the salmon-bearing part of the river Otra.
