Rental for a vacation or a family weekend, for 4 people, quiet, 10 minutes from the ocean. A magical getaway in a lush green setting, the wooden Le Chalet du Courlis is a peaceful oasis, perfect for recharging your batteries: a warm and soothing atmosphere. Featuring a south-facing terrace, garden views, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms (with 160-cm beds and air conditioning), and a large, bright living room. A second gîte is located at the back of the fenced property, which covers a total of 3,000 m². ​

'Calcaire' vineyard cabin with air-conditioning

This unique & tranquil vineyard self-catering cabin (with aircon!) is the perfect way to escape the hustle & bustle of everyday life. Slow down & unwind at this private & tranquil getaway. The cabin flanks the vines on one side & young olive trees on the other. Relax on the private terrace & take in its views over the landscape, read, write, draw, stroll through the abundant vines & woodlands, or simply be still & enjoy! We have three cabins on the property - Argile, Calcaire & Sable.

Le Gîte des Lilas

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Maison Cazaou is a typical country house in the village, formerly the home of the shepherd. It is an authentic place that has been fully renovated. It is located on the edge of the village and the forest, close to the beach (4.5 km) and bike paths. The Gîte des Lilas will offer you a very nice space to relax, a master suite overlooking a large terrace as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a living room overlooking the garden.

La Cabane Océane, family-friendly

La Cabane Océane, a beautifully decorated villa, offers you comfortable accommodation with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is bright, with a spacious living room that opens onto a pleasant, natural, and peaceful garden featuring a heated pool (see additional information). A bike path in front of the house takes you to the beaches. Flat cleaning to be paid on-site €220. Rest assured that we will do our utmost to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Accommodation independent of the main house, located a 10-minute walk from the beaches and the center of Montalivet-les-Bains. Enjoy a private space including: - one bedroom with a 160 cm bed, - a private living room with sofa and TV, - a separate bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, double sink, - separate toilets, - a covered and equipped outdoor kitchen, - access to common outdoor areas: enclosed and landscaped garden, outdoor shower, deckchairs, swimming pool.

Offering unusual high-end accommodation, being in a quiet environment in the heart of nature with all the comforts of a beautiful hotel room. The lodge is located on a large wooded lot of more than 2 hectares. The structure is 3 m high, accessible by a staircase, it is 30 m2 interior and 25 m2 of partially sheltered terrace. There's a hot tub on the terrace. Côte & Lodge is located in Talais on the west coast in Gironde between ocean and estuary near Soulac-sur-Mer

Ideal for a couple with a child, you can enjoy this new 55 m² space, fully equipped and bright, benefiting from a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. Access to the ocean is easy thanks to the bike path and the road that leads you straight to Gurp Beach located 5 km away.
