The villa is bright, with a spacious living room that opens onto a pleasant, natural, and peaceful garden featuring a heated pool (see additional information). A bike path in front of the house takes you to the beaches. Flat cleaning to be paid on-site €220. Rest assured that we will do our utmost to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

You will have three air-conditioned bedrooms each with a shower room and separate toilet, a huge living room with equipped kitchen. Finally, separating you from our home, you will find a game room with an American pool table and… A skate bowl! Bikes and surfboards can also be provided.

Ideal for a couple with a child, you can enjoy this new 55 m² space, fully equipped and bright, benefiting from a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. Access to the ocean is easy thanks to the bike path and the road that leads you straight to Gurp Beach located 5 km away.
