Absolutely wonderful experience staying at Maria’s place. She went the extra mile to ensure my parents had a perfect stay, and her care and attention to every detail were clear from the start. The property is really really beautiful – thoughtfully designed, perfectly clean, quiet, private, and located in a lovely area. It’s very obvious how much Maria cares about both her home and her guests. We are so grateful for her kindness and hospitality, and we would definetly stay here again. Highly recommended!

The studio was so cozy and so thoughtfully put together. I was really happy with how roomy it was since my partner and I were traveling with our dog. After exploring all day, we were always excited to head back to the studio to relax. The outdoor area also has a little table with barstools which we loved sitting at for breakfast. This is also so close to downtown Carpinteria and the beach. I highly recommend this spot!!

Eva was a fantastic host and was super helpful. The suite was perfect for our short term stay in west LA. It was clean, easy to check in, and private. There were plenty of parking spots nearby.

My goodness, what an awesome stay. The place was immaculate. There was every possible amenity you could think of, and some we didn’t even think of. A beautiful place to sit on the patio and have coffee in the morning, and an outdoor dining area to sit in the evening, where there was a beautiful view. There were two bedrooms, each of which felt like a private suite. The bathroom was immaculate with lots of amenities. There was this awesome feature: if you stay, you must see the soap bar. Such a nice touch. It was a great stay. We were there to celebrate my graduation, and it was over the top. Wonderful!! Jerri was the height of consummate host.

Great for a short stay! Toby was easy to get in touch with. King bed was very comfortable. Pullout mattress could use replacing but was okay for my teen. Home was very clean which is always appreciated!

We had a great time staying at Sarah’s place. The studio was spotlessly clean, with great amenities, and a delicious bottle of wine to welcome us. The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The view from the hillside over the valley was stupendous. The neighborhood is private and quiet, except for the coyotes howling at night. :-). We would definitely stay with Sarah again.

This was my second time staying with Julie and me and my girlfriend loved it just as much as we did the first time. So peaceful and private and Julie is a great host. I appreciate her for hosting us again. Thank you!

My husband and I had a great stay with our dog. The space is compact but has everything you could possibly need and the full enclosed yard was perfect for our dog to stretch her legs and go potty. Everything was very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully considered. Would stay again!

Kimberly was sweet, helpful and thoughtful. The view was beautiful and we were surrounded by nature. We would love to stay here again!

Absolutely loved staying at Natasha's place. It's a short drive from downtown, so it was close enough but also very peaceful away from the buzz. The animals on the farm are super friendly (her cat Nacho became my instant best friend!) Natasha also was very nice and even turned the hot tub on in the evening for a great unwind. Will definitely be staying again!

There are 2 flavors of Airbnb: the 5-star hotel vs OG "stay in the host's living room" vibe. This one is the latter, full of character and quirk. I had magical moments off the beaten trail: 1. outdoor showering with a lovely breeze and unobstructed view of the valley. 2. hilltop canopy bed. majestic 270 degree views of the surrounding hills and canyons. 3. randomly seeing the fattest cute little pig ever, just sauntering down the road. However, this place might NOT be the best for someone who wants the 5-star ecolodge. If you cannot stand a spider in the corner of your (clean and well stocked) outhouse, then choose a different airbnb. If you do not like dogs with big personality who will come assertively say hi, then choose a different airbnb. As long as you get all the wifi passwords for various routers, you will be fine to connect. I had productive times myself and nailed some important work calls! "When the critics disagree, the artist is in accord with herself."

Lacie was a great host. She was very quick to respond to our one minor request. The welcome "book" was full of instructions and many recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and items needed to cook. We look forward to booking there again next year!

Amazing place the only thing I was hoping for was a regular table that I can sit on and work on my laptop all the tables are high tables and high chairs but other than that clean nice and safe place and the host Mark is amazing definitely would come back

great price point, beautiful views of the rocky peak area mountains, East side of Simi valley. Plenty of wildlife to sit and observe, peacocks here and there, pretty cool! accommodations are excellent, nice bedroom, separate TV room, full bathroom and kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker. Everything you need, even washer/dryer. highly recommend

I loved staying here! Beautiful location and surroundings. I rented a car and was able to navigate up to the apartment easily. So much to do in the area and it was a great home base for me. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for my needs. And I loved watching the horses from my balcony!

The place was exactly as advertised. Perfect size for me and my daughter. Fanny was extremely communicative. She was also very flexible and allowed me to check in when we arrived a few minutes later. I would definitely stay there again.

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The photos do not do it justice. The architecture of the home and garden is phenomenal. The sweeping views of the ocean are jaw dropping and made for a relaxing stay. Robby was very welcoming and helped with many recommendations from restaurants to things to see around Malibu. I will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend anyone book this home if it’s available!

Although it was a quick stay it was definitely a GREAT stay. My partner and i felt at home when we walked in. Very impressed with the location, cleanliness, and responsive host. We would return for a longer stay 😁

We had a wonderful stay at Myrna & Bruce’s Airbnb — truly one of the most thoughtful and well-prepared places we’ve ever booked. From the start, we noticed all the small touches that made a big difference: cutlery and kitchenware were fully stocked, including non-stick pans (which we really appreciated), complimentary coffee, bottled water, cookies, and even cooking oil. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the towels were soft and fresh. What stood out even more was how caring yet respectful Myrna & Bruce were — they checked in with us after a few days to offer clean towels, which was so kind, and otherwise gave us great privacy throughout the stay. The only minor downside was the A/C unit — it needed to be turned off when using other devices and made a bit of noise. But we got used to it quickly and it didn’t affect our overall comfort. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay again. Thank you Myrna & Bruce for such a lovely and welcoming home!
