The stay was absolutely great from start to finish! The self check-in went smoothly and easily – super organized and ideal if you want to arrive flexibly. The place was spotlessly clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you might need. You can tell there's a lot of emphasis on quality and comfort. We particularly liked the comfortable bed, the quiet location and the overall very pleasant atmosphere. Communication with the host was also excellent – fast, friendly and reliable. All information was provided in a timely manner and was clearly understandable. The location of the accommodation is also great: quiet and yet close to everything important – perfect starting point to explore the surroundings. We felt completely comfortable and would book again anytime. A clear recommendation for all those who are looking for a clean, stylish and uncomplicated accommodation!

Our stay at the villa was a very good experience. The villa was very clean and very tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed the pool and the wonderful view. Thanks also to the host, who welcomed us warmly and introduced us to all the important details. We will be happy to come back.

Pjerina is a wonderful, warm, cheerful, approachable and very intelligent and well-read lady. The wonderful conversations with her will remain in our fond memory!

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

The apartment has a spacious balcony with a beautiful view. The apartment is also nicely and modernly furnished from the inside, there is everything you need for a relaxing stay. We definitely recommend a car, as the apartment is quite high on the mountain. There's a great designed personal guidebook that makes arriving very pleasant. We definitely recommend the place. We felt completely comfortable in Nika's apartment. She was always quick to reach via chat and had many helpful tips about the area. Although the apartment is compact, it offers everything you need thanks to the well thought-out layout and amenities (towels, bed linen, oil/salt, etc.). We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and the loving preparation - there were even small snacks and fresh fruit available to welcome us. We didn't miss anything. The location above Opatija brings a lot of peace and even a partial view of the sea. We had underestimated the ascent and descent a bit - we sometimes had to think twice about whether to take the path on foot in almost 30 degrees. However, since the significantly more beautiful beaches in the region are located around Opatija and you are dependent on a car, this was not a particular disadvantage for us. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much, thank you Nika and Tomo!

I had the most comfortable stay here! The location is FANTASTIC! Located right across from the touristy shops and steps away from the water! AC worked very well, bed was comfortable, I had 2 towels, and the fridge was spacious and clean. There were 2 bottles of water in the fridge which were Godsent for such hot days! The washroom had body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Everything was perfect! Hanadi was super responsive in helping me get to my unit which was located at the very very top floor, past these wooden doors. The rest of her instructions were straight forward. Very friendly and kind. Thank you Hanadi!!🙏
