Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Vera Cruz

We spent with Gabriele and his family on extremely pleasant days. Beautiful pousada, very cozy. Gabriele and his wife were kind and hospitable and the evenings with them were filled with beautiful chats. Breakfast was delicious! Very close beach. The only slightly negative note is the distance with larger towns (because unfortunately there are no buses in the evening), although the taxi service on the island works quite well. Thanks again, we will visit you again if we come back to those parts!

We make sure to stay at Zelina's place every time we are in Salvador! The house is beautiful and always spotless. Zelina is the kindest Host and always has the best recommendations. My daughter says Zelina makes the best breakfast ever! :)

Zelinas pousada was cozy yet so airy and inviting. Loved the sun streaming through different parts of the house. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Slight of a distance from the main Pelourinho square but walkable. About a 15 minute car ride to Barra. Zelina was friendly and kind.

It's these little 'big' B&B's right next to the heart and soul of the city, that makes us tick. I call it little, because it is not a huge hotel. It is cosy, and we love that. It is 'big' in hospitality, from the sympathetic Marcello to the lovely breakfast lady who made us some wonderful eggs. We will be back!

I spent my last week in Salvador here and it was a great decision. Rebecca, Mauro and Nataly are fantastic hosts and went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable. They are such warm people and the house radiates this same energy. The breakfasts were incredible - an abundant and healthy spread was prepared each morning on the verandah overlooking a bush of bougainvillea and the bay. If you are a sucker for detail and beautiful experiences then this is one you don’t want to miss out on. The view of the bay was spectacular at all hours of the day, and let’s not forget the bathtub to take it all in from. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom air conditioned. A stunning home for a memorable experience. Thank you so much xx

The place is beautiful,the bed and breakfast super cozy , good breakfast,feel at home..to go with child is wonderful ,in the condominium there is a playground,the beach is a few meters...there are bakeries and markets nearby...Dina Maria makes a wonderful lunch and her team is very nice

Extremely affordable hostel with friendly hosts. Although I am not a great Portuguese speaker, they were patient and helped me practice. I would recommend for a very affordable stay in Salvador.

Great place!! Success

For the price I paid, it was great! Kind host, relaxed the check-in for me and made sure I was well accommodated. The peripheral outskirts can bring a feeling of not being safe, but it wasn't something that impacted me so much. The location is great, climbed to Pelourinho every day in 5 minutes of walking.

Local idea for those looking for tranquility whether alone or in the family. In front of the sea and with a great breakfast. Acknowledgment especially the coffee girls. They are wonderful. As I recall, it's Mari.
