Characteristic hut located in a high mountain pasture (7 huts)at 1000 meters above sea level. Reachable only on foot in 40 minutes from the village of Miazzina (VB) by an easy path.Allows to enjoy the wild atmosphere of the nearby Val Grande Park and offers an outstanding view over Lake Maggiore.The hut is equipped with a wood boiler providing hot water and with a solar panel producing electricity for lighting and charging electronic devices. In July and August we prefer to have 3 guest or more.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The renovation of Grandma's old farmhouse resulted in a large house made up of two apartments. Upstairs is the large apartment, featuring a combined kitchen/living area, two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, and three balconies. In particular, the terrace in the living area overlooks the lake and its three islands; here, guests can enjoy lunch while taking in the view.

"... if they're not crazy, we don't want them...". We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.
